I called Kilgore Pest Control for two days trying to get someone to take care of a carpenter ant infestation(inside of my home). The lady that I spoke to couldn't tell me what services they offer, what their prices are, or even when someone could come out. She just kept telling me that someone named Bill would call me back. He never called. I have small children in my home and carpenter ant bites are very painful. When you need pest control, you need it in a timely fashion. Horrible business ethics!! This place is crap.
