They have shown up twice without an appointment or any prior notification. Had to turn away the first time and reached back out to reschedule and never heard back. They showed up again several months later without an appointment and didn’t service the property but left a note on the door saying they did and charged me! I called immediately with no response or return call again. Do not use - very unprofessional, unresponsive and inconsiderate. Charged my card when services were never rendered.

We just moved into our apartment and noticed cockroaches already . So we got texas elite to come and do our small apartment . They were very informative in letting us know it’s hard to keep roaches away because they would have to do all the apartments in the building . We still took the chance , and honestly didn’t have any roach or spider problem for another year ! Definitely will be using this company again.
We took over my fathers home who had a stroke several years ago and unfortunately the home has gone downhill- Daniel and his team helped us with our termite issues- they were so patient with us as we are new to this….. they came out as soon as we were ready to move forward. Very Knowledgeable and Professional. We definitely will be keeping them on hand!
I love that they use non-toxic indoor pest control products (that work). Very friendly owner and technicians. They got rid of our ant issue which was the primary reason we contacted them, but had some trouble getting rid of wasps completely. I would recommend them!
Daniel is amazing at what he does! He is always available to come to our home asap and always answers all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and is super kind. We will definitely keep using him for all our pest needs.
