My house is a new build and Steven was very efficient in the inspection process. Not only did he finish the inspection on time, he also took the time to explain the details of the house, the inspection report , the do’s and dont’s of the house and made a ton of helpful recommendations. He did not just finish the work and leave, and I’m thankful that I now have more knowledge about things I need to take care of with regard to my new house.

I had a 5 day option period to buy my first home. During the inspection, I felt like Steve was actually talking to me and not at me while working through buying my home. Steve was able to get an inspection scheduled and completed within 24 hours of my contacting him. Incredibly thorough and very knowledgeable. Called, set an appointment, showed up on time, and went over some general information. Was very polite to us as he made is way through the house. He was also very thorough, went over the results right after completion and then sent a very thorough final inspection report by the end of the day.
