Alex offers excellent service. I'm embarrassed to admit we had a terrible bug problem, we call ProMax and he was at our house the next day. Alex explained everything he was doing and spent over an hour on our worst areas. He has since come back 3 times to treat for us as part of the service to help us get rid of the bugs. I can't recommend him enough. ProMax is excellent and is now our go-to exterminator.

I wish I could give this company 1,000 stars! They truly deserve more recognition for the attentive and thorough work they do. My family and I have been using Pro-Max Pest Control for close to 8 years now. I was referred to this company after having pest issues with new neighbors moving in and out of the rental properties on both sides of my home. It became very frustrating when I would call some of these bigger well known companies just to be told there was a waiting list and that a estimate could not be given nor any assurances of the pest issue being resolved. I have been able to schedule within the week for most all the services I needed each and every time. They are a family owned & run business and that makes requesting service as well as being informed even easier. No long phone chain or unanswered voicemails and emails to have to go through. Both Alex & Kelsey have come to my home at different times to preform treatments and have been not only kind & informative but have shown care and compassion for myself and my family, including our pets. I have used Pro-Max for everything from fleas to roaches (all types) and I will continue to use their services for my yearly preventative as well as recommend them to my family and friends.
