We had a very disappointing experience with this mosquito treatment company. During our recent service, the technician sprayed mosquito treatment directly onto our stone patio tile. This resulted in visible oily residue and staining across the surface. When we addressed it in person, the technician acknowledged spraying those areas. And said if it did not dry clean to reach back out for a resolution. However, when we contacted the company to discuss the issue and confirm whether or not this spray is safe for stone, we were accused of lying and said it was not them but our sprinklers- even though the tech confirmed in person that the stains were indeed their spray. We were not allowed to speak with a manager or escalate the concern beyond the person who initially took our call. We will no longer be working with this company.

Mr Skertchly, thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns however we disagree with your assessment. You spoke directly to Robert whose is our Manager and part of our Leadership Team. Our products are water soluble and when we treat it’s a fine mist pattern that coats the entire surface of what we treat. The pictures you provided does not match up to our product or application process. Nor does it match to the pattern of a fine mist that would have coated the entire area. We tried to explain that in detail to which you then berated our Manager demanding that we were going to take care of it or else. You also mentioned you were in the legal field when on the call implying in a threatening tone that there would be more to come and you “were going to bury us”. We have been in business for 12 years and completed tens of thousands of applications without any issue to stone, concrete, tile, etc. We also take very seriously our reputation and will defend as needed. We went ahead and credited your account for the treatment and will no longer provide service in the future. We wish you the best. Thank you.

I would not use this service again. Used for 2 years and mosquitos never got better. When I called them so they could retreat (10 days after they had been here because it was so bad) before a party hoping they could at least make it a little bearable they did not come through. I kept getting a message that would say they will be in touch. I will now have a party where we cannot be outdoors. They have an automated system that makes you think you are texting with a human and when you finally speak to someone they say. Opps it looks like you got caught up in an automated system. I had a past due invoice that they did not alert me to with no invoices . Very bad service. I do not recommend at all!

I have three camera's on my house and I can't tell you how many times they "forget my back yard" or MY FRONT YARD! Or have skipped entire sections of my property and I have had to call them back. I was servicing a client’s home when a Mosquito Joe technician showed up and asked if I was okay with him spraying. I politely told him no, as I was actively working around the house and didn’t want to be exposed to chemicals. Despite this, he proceeded to spray anyway. I immediately called the company to report the issue, but the staff showed no interest in addressing the situation or taking responsibility. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of others’ health and time.

Zak is a great tech - we always get a text when he’s on the way and when he’s done. We’ve been using mosquito Joe for over a year. We were sold when we were at a friend’s 4th of July party into the evening and never got bit. In our own yard we still get a few mosquitoes, but I can’t imagine what it would be like if we didn’t spray. We also have a dog and he’s never been affected.
