iPest was the company that the previous owner of my house went with for termite prevention and I'm so glad that I have been able to continue services with them since purchasing my home. Wonderful company with great people! Always kind and considerate! I would recommend them to anyone!

Daniel Always Does a good job, I've been with Ipest i believe for 2 years now, and my parents has been for 4 years as well, They clean the cob webs on the outside of the house and give a good spray when they come.

I would not recommend this company. The customer service is terrible, and based on my experience I can only imagine how the actual work would be. Companies sometimes start out sounding great, but eventually show their true colors. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience—especially considering I was a first-time potential customer. Also prices are extremely high compared to other services that provide the same services if not more.

Impressed by !Pest and Laura always promptly responding to our concerns. Tommy has been very helpful and knowledgeable recommending preventative measures regarding rodents from nearby construction sites and new builds that could potentially impact our home. Thank you, !Pest!

Tommy was absolutely exceptional. I had four or five raccoons in my attic and was completely overwhelmed and losing sleep. We paid over $500 and was told from Kaitlyn the inspector at the time to not worry about paying the $50 payment every month on top of just paying $500. That she would come every month and whenever needed. We have been dealing with rats still and physically seeing one today. The service she provided was not completed. I would not recommend ipest!
