We have used Conn's for 30 plus yrs and reccomended them to a lot of folk. December 23rd they came out and exterminated and we kept thinking gives time the roaches would disappear,but they never did. My husband called them in April about the problem and He calls back with a date for re exterminating,we were assuming there would be no charge since it was ineffective first time They not only charged us full price They cashed a check i had postmarked a day later resulting in $32 bank charge We are on Social security and paying well over 300 dollars is too much We will not reccomend or use this company under current management Melinda Shoemaker
