Started a service, mainly for pavement ants. 2 treatments didn't work with Orkin, so I did some research and was able to handle the problem. I canceled within the 30 day money back guarantee period. Called orkin to cancel and was told that they don't honor that guarantee on the initial service. I was also told that it would take 3 to 4 months of continued service before they could honor the 30 day money back guarantee but in order for them to honor it, I would have had to call within 3 days of t

Service was great. Customer service? Trash. Cancelled with them on March 1. Confirmed. They charge my card. Cancel a second time March 10th once I can file dispute. Confirmed. Now today April 9 called me asking about the dispute stated I have a credit on my account of that amount and that if I just cancel my dispute that they will send me my credit. Seriously? Nah that’s owed regardless. I refused she got mad and guess what? Charged my card again!!! Called my bank and they are fully aware now of

Very very highly recommend, especially the mosquito treatment. Isaiah, our Orkin Tech of choice, is awesome. I’m still amazed we can actually sit outside and enjoy mosquito-free evenings/nights.
