Xander's Pest Control

After reading reviews it was obvious that Xander’s was the best pest service in town. My call was answered right away by a human! (Getting rarer these days) and an appointment was made for the next day ( Saturday.) Tech Logan was right on time, did an inside and outside inspection (we had an ant invasion), then did some spraying. Price was just over $100, but the best thing is NO CONTRACT( like Orkin). Xanders just revisits every 90 days, or sooner if you’re still having problems, and you can cancel anytime. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Their office staff answered the phone quickly and actually listened instead of reading from a script. The technician who came out was polite and careful around our furniture. We hired them for a flea issue caused by our cat, and the scratching stopped not long after treatment.

Big thanks to Alex coming out on a Saturday and taking care of my wasp nests problem. He knocked out multiple nests, including in some hard to get to 2nd floor locations. Fast, friendly service and very reasonably priced. I will be using this service again.

I have used their services twice now and they always knock the ball out of the park. Affordable and more importantly successful!!! Had some damn ants make our lives in the kitchen miserable and unlike Orkin, they solved the problem right away!! They’re the best!!!

My house was infested with ants (walls, outlets, everywhere, for years!) and was at my wits end, but Alex, the owner treated the whole house on the first visit, inside and out. He assured me the ants would be gone in a month, but said I'd see a huge influx in the house for a few days as they try to get away from the poison, and I sure am!! And they are all dead! That means it's working!! Alex was professional and did not pressure me at all to sign up for periodic visits, totally my option! Excellent experience, in both customer service and quality of work. Not only were they able to fit me in within 24 hours of my request, but the price was competitive and fair! A couple days after the service, Mr. Xander called to ensure that I was satisfied with his work and indicated that he'd be willing to come back free of charge if I had any issues in the near future. I happily explained that my home, which had a small ant and scorpion infestation before his service, was perfectly pest free. I highly recommend Xander's Pest Control!

Brand new to Texas. While we were on our search for pest control, we came across this veteran owned company. Being a veteran family, it’s important for us to support other veterans. From the initial set up to recurring quarter service calls the tech we have serviced our property is very knowledgeable and friendly. He’s always on time or 5 minutes early. Wonderful service all around. Highly recommend this company.

We called on Friday, and Xander was available the next day. He came and sprayed on that Sunday! Very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after he sprayed and gave a warranty. I would highly recommend him for any pest control needs.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of horrendous. I own a commercial building in Killeen and had Xander come take a look at it to give me a bid. I have hired them for work in the past and they have done their job, but this time I noticed a difference, maybe distress on their end. Firstly, they do not answer their calls, at one point I called them 3 times a day to explain the price they quoted me and would not respond. All they would send me is a text stating if I don't like the price to hire someone else. I decided to hire them (mistake) and paid a deposit down to hold my spot. They continued to be very vague with their treatment plan. I asked for a map and what chemicals they use to treat and never received the map. I had other termite companies blowing up my phone telling me every single inch of the property they were going to treat. Finally, the day came where treatment was supposed to be done and the company noticed the drywall in the building in one spot was gone and utilities off. This apparently was enough for Xander to throw in the white flag and reject working on the property and "any other projects I may have". I did not oppose, I asked for the deposit back and he refused to return it. It almost made me think he regretted taking on the job and decided it was too much work for him to do. Not only was my deposit not returned, but Xander texted me himself and stated if I write a bad review or bad mouth them to other people he would sue me for Defamation. Interesting approach to client services in my opinion. I hope this review helps you decide whether it is worth hiring this company or not. They have done good work for me in the past, but recently the tone has changed with the company.

Y’all. I’m not usually a review girl but I have to because Alexander is THE BEST. We’ve been using him for almost two years now and he works with my schedule, he’s so professional, I never see a bug and when I do see pests(like today when a wolf spider showed up in my garage) he does everything to show up right away(in this case under ten minutes). Always impressed and there is no contract involved because he owns his own company. So 10/10🙌🏻

We had constant issues until Xander came along. We've been using him for years now, and we've not had ANY issues since. Plus, he is amazing to work with (professional, courteous, helpful, prompt). We've had many vendors come by wanting us to switch services, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The tech who came out was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to alleviate our fears on what was a MAJOR health issue. The chemicals sprayed weren't harsh, scheduling an appointment was super quick and the communication was 10/10, seriously. The treatments I've had didnt break the bank either - I was pleasantly surprised. I can't think of a business I've dealt with lately with customer service this good, and a service this essential. I won't use anyone else.

I had a move out spray done yesterday and the gentleman that came out was very nice and polite. He chatted with me the whole time he was there, very friendly. This company had the most affordable pricing out of everyone I called to get this move out spray done. Highly recommend them.

This is a wonderful company. As long as this business is open, they will have my business. Went above and beyond when I started with the service last year. Now I’m doing quarterly visits to keep the pest away. Very kind and informative. It always feels great when you have a service done and you know that they have given you their best😊😊

Found mice last night and called this a.m. He came out this afternoon and not only made me feel more at ease. he really is very affordable and transparent on services. He set traps and fixed my outside dryer duct situation. Highly recommend!

We called Xander's because we were sure we had a wasp problem insiude a vent under the eaves. We left him alone to inspect the site fully expecting to pay the $75.00 service call. However, after removing the vent cover and looking around, he told us we had no wasp nest; and there would be no charge. He could have easily deceived us had he been a dishonest person. So, there was no charge for at all for the inspection! Then, because we're from a northern state and unfamiliar with pest control needs in Texas, we were concerned about the need for termite control. Xander took a lot of time to explain that because of a past treatment we really wouldn't be needing anything for a few more years. Again, he could have taken advantage of us but chose honesty and integrity. Therefore, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Xander's Pest Control and absolutely plan to call this company when we have a need.

Alex was everything he claimed to be. My bedbug problem was resolved after the first treatment. He came back after 2 weeks for the second treatment at which time there was no bedbug activity. I will use this service for all of my future Pest control issues. Thanks Alex.
