Do not trust this company with rodent control. I paid $6,500 last year for a severe mouse/rat problem that caused odor throughout my home. The primary reason I hired them was to identify and seal all entry points. They replaced contaminated insulation but failed to properly seal the house. I noticed obvious holes that could clearly allow rodents in, but I trusted their expertise. Weeks later, the problem was not resolved—rodents were still being caught and droppings were everywhere. When I complained, I was repeatedly told to “be patient.” Months later, I was told that living in the country means rodents are unavoidable, which is simply not true. Only then did they mention openings around the garage—something that should have been identified from the beginning. I ultimately sealed areas myself and discovered multiple obvious entry points. By that time, the new insulation was already contaminated again. When I showed them photos, I was told there was nothing they could do. I paid $6,500 and was left with the same problem and no accountability. This company did not solve the root cause and walked away. I would not recommend them.

Excellent. We had mole mounds all over. Within days NO new mounds or moles and that was 2-months ago.

Wise Chem Pest Control is The Best! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly are words that come to mind. I have their annual service, termite service and now have add rodent control. The office is quick to respond to any issues and my tech, Hayden is Amazing! He makes sure to answer all my questions, explains everything, and takes extra care to make sure my animals are safe during and after treatments. I could not enjoy my “country” lifestyle without him! Thank you to the entire team, y’all are amazing people and a delight to have you take care of my home and property.

The office staff is friendly, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to make scheduling easy and convenient. The technicians are just as impressive—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They take the time to explain everything they’re doing and are always respectful of my home and property. I truly feel like they care about solving any pest issues, and I always feel confident after a visit. It’s rare to find a company where both the office and field teams are equally outstanding, but this one really sets the bar high. I absolutely love this company and wouldn’t trust anyone else for my pest control needs. Highly recommend!

This company is so great. The staff is very polite and helpful. The office girls are always so sweet and can turn your day around just by hearing their voices. The technicians are always very professional and answer any questions you may ask. I’ve used this company for a while now and my yard doesn’t have any mosquitoes 🦟. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The one star is for the technicians, who were both awesome actually. No complaints. I would be very careful using Wise-Chem pest control. Nothing but a nightmare. Our actual technicians were great but the office is crooked and terrible. I had used Wise-Chem before at a previous address during my last marriage. I had payed in cash the first time at the new house when the tech came out and explained I was divorced but needing service at a new address with the new hubs. When Briana from the office started calling me to put a card on file for another payment in less than a month, it didn’t match what I remember the technician telling me so I asked for a call from a supervisor and told her I wanted to speak to one before putting a card on file. They called me probably 10 more times for a card to put on file and still no call from a supervisor. The next call I got was from the sheriffs department. They literally charged my ex husbands old card from a previous account after I didn’t give them a card and then told my ex husband that I authorized it after two years of being divorced and ended in a police report for theft. She then told me she never told him that, it was just a mistake in billing. Which I recorded. The police called her after I explained what I thought happened and she admitted to the police she told my ex that I did it on purpose. Which the detective recorded. I recorded every call since the initial confrontation but she keeps lying to me saying she didn’t say that to the detective either and that it was my ex husband’s “miscommunication” now. She told me their recordings had been sent to the detective, which they weren’t. I’ve been waiting on a call from a supervisor for 3 weeks. No supervisor has ever called me and it has been nothing but lie after lie to cover her own butt. Finally I got a call from Briana today after I called this morning and left another message for a supervisor, and now she is claiming to be the office manager all of a sudden and stated that “I will have to deal with her.” Zero accountability, zero attempts at making it right. The police dismissed the case instantly because I had the forethought to record it all when I confronted Briana and the detectives call was recorded. Watch your bank accounts and just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for services. I don’t leave bad reviews. Ever. Accountability and a call back would have been the LEAST that could have been done to avoid this experience. I have all the documentation. Do better.

We found these guys when we first arrived in Granbury 2021. They have been great! Dependable, knowledgeable and very responsive. We have folks coming by weekly asking us to change companies and offering the best deals but not happening!

Unfortunately , treatment did not work. Waste of money.

I have used Wise Chem Safe for over 10 years. They have always been honest, dependable, efficient and they have great customer service. Every technician that I've had has been polite, informative, courteous and respectful of my home. Their services are pet friendly which is important to me and I will never use another company. If you need pest control of any kind I highly recommend them.

Called back due to army worm, wasp, ants and spiders infestation BUT I am 12 days past the 30 day warranty!! Was told it would cost the original $340 to re-spray. What a rip-off. I would say DO NOT USE unless you have money to throw away.

Consumer Beware: I would not normally provide such a negative review, but in this case, I felt obligated to warn others. I recently had to file a breach of contract claim against Wise/Chem because they failed to provide service and refused to refund my money. While in court, Wise/Chem made blatant lies to the Judge and I called them out on such lies. Thankfully, the Judge didn’t believe their lies either. So, if Wise/Chem has no problem lying to a Judge, under oath, they have no problem lying to their customers. Wise/Chem also falsely claimed to be accredited by the Better Business Bureau when in fact they were not (as told by the BBB after I filed a complaint against Wise/Chem). This company absolutely lacks good morals, values and ethics. There are much better pest control businesses out there that are cheaper and actually find solutions to pesty problems rather than just spraying pesticide. Although I do not endorse other businesses, the company I have entrusted has been “Golden” and I could not be happier with their service. So glad to be done with Wise/Chem’s deception, arrogance and dishonesty. I look forward to receiving my court ordered check from this defeated company.

Chris the technician with Wise/Chem was amazing. He took the time to explain how the treatment for moles work. Chris was very courteous and and provided exceptional and excellent service. He explained that the treatment he did was safe for my fur baby and that the process would take about a month due to the large amount of tunnels and activity I had. I used Wise/Chem several years ago and they provided excellent service and also give a senior citizen discount.

I have a wasp problem! Called Wise / Chem Safe Pest Control and Chris was here the next day! So happy with the service I received! Chris was able to explain what services would help and was very considerate of my fur babies! Definitely would recommend!!!

I am very impressed with Chris as a technician for Wise/Chem. He listens carefully to my concerns and has taken excellent care in spraying for pests around my house and pool. He is very thorough and does excellent work.

My family could not live without our pest control treatments. We never have an issue with bugs anymore. My kids can play freely in the yard. It’s a relief to not have to worry about things like bugs.
