Do not use them! - Over priced. They just changed their name because of a family member thay took over the business. The one that is on the phones and schedule the appointments is rude and disrespectful when she calls you. Miss Robot is what i call her. There are a lot of pest companies on the island that are nice and respectful. Stay away!!!

Well Steve has retired and his daughter is running Esco now. This seems to be the problem. The guy shows up and thinks 1 pack is what he should leave for rodent control in my attic. Used to they ( when Steve was there ) would throw 5-6. Talked to the girl who answers the phone (she is rude) and says he did another place so he ran out, mind you he was late, made an appointment for him to come back and told him I take care of my dad and to be on time, well he called 45 minutes late and had to set another appointment up. They already sent me a bill and I paid it. Called me yesterday to see if I still wanted them to come tomorrow and I said of course I do as I already paid and we had an appointment, well they overbooked and now my appointment is 45 minutes later than supposed to be. I've NEVER had any trouble when Steve was there, he seemed to care for his customers. This is just crazy now dealing with Esco and getting the service you pay for, and the right (polite) customer service when you call them. I don't believe Steve would approve of how all this is going. I know how Esco is being ran right now, a LOT of customers will go elsewhere. Never had I ever had so much trouble or rudeness to get someone to do their job right. Beware everyone Steve has retired and is no longer running Esco. I would never recommend Esco to anyone now that they are running it this way.BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!

Was charged two times, my two story home was only serviced downstairs, set up to have them service upstairs and they never showed up. Very poor communication.

This company does a great job! Very professional staff! They will get rid of your bug and pest problem!

I run a 5 Star STR that was put in jeopardy due to this companies lack of ability and laziness. Their service is ineffective, knowledge lacking and billing practices are borderline criminal. They don't honor agreed upon pricing and will charge your card without authorization for whatever they want. No invoices or reports of service are provided. One service with their competition eliminated the problem. The competition is more professional, more informative and more effective. Safe yourself a headache and steer clear of ESCO!

On time great customer service..

WOW, I typically don't write reviews but i feel that people needs to know... I hired this company last year and every time I get their bill is higher and higher, my final bill for August 4th was $382.74, I finally called the office to ask for an explanation, the receptionist or person that answered me was so short so rude and annoying about my questions, i asked for a fix price or fix service so we wont get more surprises, at that point I am still willing to work with them, she simple told me NO and when i said well i will have to cancel my service she said OK and just hang up the phone. I own a business and I know how much we appreciate every single customer we get, and how hard is to build a loyal program, these people most definitely have not clue about customer service oriented. Good luck to them, I am more than happy to give my business to their competition, and by the way I still have bugs in my house Aug 25th, so their product is not efficient enough.
