We've been using Mosquito Authority for a couple of years now, service is pretty reliable. The prices are reasonable for size of the area treated. I have recommended them to friends and family. Isaiah does a great job every time!

Been with Mosquito Authority for a few years now, and despite a few hiccups here and there, think they are still worth it. Isaiah is my technician and he is extremely helpful and courteous, even when I send him crazy texts the next night after service like, “did I remember to leave the gate unlocked for you yesterday?!?!”, he still responds! Politely and professionally, and answers my question! Really really great. Rodrigo, one of the owners, has always been helpful too. I go back and forth between giving them 3 and 4 stars because they are still improving, but hopeful that one day I will edit this to 5 stars. Their option to save by paying cash for one year up front is nice too.

When the techs spray right it works awesome but I think they have a hard time finding techs that do that. I have cameras surrounding my property and selling to 100% of the areas I pay to be spray get sprayed.

The whole process was a nightmare! I should have taken the hint when I had to follow up with the company just to get a quote. It took over a month to provide services in full, there was ZERO sense of urgency. I continually had to follow up with them about expectations or next steps due to the problem persisting. I will NEVER use this company again. I even changed my mosquito treatment due to the lack of respect given on the pest side of the company. I know my absence won't hurt the company but maybe this review will help save you some heartache.

For the last year or so, the man who applies our treatment does not do a thorough job. We have to get reapplications done often (at no extra cost). The original guy always applied properly and rarely had any issues.
