Thanks to Chris for his excellent service and communication! The pests have gone down since the last treatment, and we are positive that they will stay away. Very responsive to our requests about taking care of the garage and limiting areas around the vegetable garden. We had lots of wolf spiders appearing at first. T-Rex informed us that we would still likely see them due to it being a new construction area but to also add sticky traps, which we have. They are also so large it may take time for the poison to kill them. I heard that black widows and brown recluse spiders live in the area, and I really hope those stay away. John and the owner, Shayne, have also come by for pest control, and they’ve all been very professional, informative and thorough. Jenna was an excellent person to speak to about getting started and answering all my questions and concerns.

I can’t speak on the effectiveness of t-Rex pest control yet since we just had it done about a week ago. I can however speak about their amazing customer care. When I called saying that we seemed to have a black widow infestation they were quick to get someone out here the next day. Chris was amazing! He did a very thorough job and answered all of our crazy questions without making us feel like an inconvenience.

This is my 2nd review for T-Rex Pest Control. I used them for my rodent issue and they did such great job that I dropped the national brand for my regular pest control and started using T-Rex. I'm so impressed with Reid's (my tech) work. With the other national brand, everytime we had a big rain, ants would come through my windows. National brand told us to cut the tree down in the backyard. We did and still ants after rain. Reid came out and baited my windows one time and we haven't had ants come back since. That was months ago and many storms ago. I'm so happy we switched to T-Rex, just wish we did it sooner.

T-Rex came highly recommended to me by a few people, mainly because their solution is pet friendly. Scheduling was super easy with a quick turn around. Then when Alex, my technician, arrived, he was very friendly, informative and professional. He did a fantastic job clearing all the cobwebs and nests, along with spraying inside & out. I’m confident I won’t see a bug for months!

My Son's Mom
T-Rex got rid of our uninvited and problem “tenant” and eliminated every possible space that could be accessed by pests in the future. Shayne and Reid were highly educated and informed about what needed to be done, and Reid was jonny-on-the-spot every time he was scheduled to come for prep, re-checks and aftercare. He took great care of us! I would definitely recommend T-Rex, and although I hope I don’t need to call them to come back, if I do, they are already in my contacts!

Shayne’s professional and effectiveness is exceptional! We just moved into a new home a couple of months ago and Shayne knew exactly what pests we were experiencing. He gave us a clear attack plan before beginning on what he was going to do and why. He even went to far as to explain what he would as a backup plan, in the event the original plan required additional work. Sure enough, those annoying ants had made their home in our walls during construction. He returned immediately the day after his first consultation to spread a stick gel and the ants were gone immediately. He also got rid of our cricket problem!! He texts a few days before to notify you it’s time for your service and confirm if a day and time works. He texts the day of the service to notify you he is on his way. He in considerate and was conscientious and thoughtful enough to not ring the doorbell during our toddler’s nap time. He also offered us great advice to move our wood stack in our home out of our garage as it can lead to termites. He’s professional. He’s thorough. He’s kind. Alex, who is on his team, also does tremendous work. They schedule the service a week in advance and Alex texts 20 minutes before he arrives so you know when to expect him. He also inquires about any issues or types of critters we’ve been seeing. He’s through and is a great communicator! Do yourself, your family and your home a favor and call or text them for all things pest inspection!!
