Bad show Urbanex! I was once one of Urbanex's biggest supporters. When Allan was my technician, the service was outstanding. He took pride in his work, the property looked great, and the results were obvious. I was so impressed with Allan that I tipped him $100 and referred multiple neighbors to Urbanex. At that point, I genuinely believed I had found a company that delivered quality service at a fair price. Unfortunately, everything changed after Allan left. Since approximately November 2025, I have approximately spent $1,231 on services with Urbanex as of today 7/29. Since November I've had one new technician after another, and not a single one maintained my property to the standard I had previously experienced. Over time, spider webs, insect debris, and mud dauber nests began accumulating all over the exterior of my home. To the point that a neighbor actually told me I should look in to a pest company. I contacted Urbanex multiple times about the issue, received additional service visits, and continued trying to give the company opportunities to correct the problem. What ultimately confirmed my concerns was when Area Manager John came to inspect the property himself. To his credit, John was professional, honest, and far more accountable than anyone else I dealt with during this process. He walked the property with me, knocked down a large number of mud dauber nests and spider webs, and acknowledged the condition of the home. Most importantly, John's assessment matched exactly what I had been saying for months: he stated and I quote, “this wasn't the result of one bad visit. It was the result of many poor services over an extended period of time.” The condition of the home had become bad enough that power washing was discussed as a potential remedy. Ironically, the company being considered for the cleaning was the same company Urbanex previously used when a treatment was applied so heavily that visible chemical residue was left on portions of my home's exterior and did not dry clear. The quote to clean the house was approximately $700. I wasn't even asking Urbanex to cover the entire cost. I offered to split the expense. Instead, the company declined and instead offered to waive my next quarterly treatment, a service valued at $169. After spending over $1,600 per year with Urbanex, that felt more like a token gesture than an effort to truly resolve the problem. I called to cancel my service after that but the customer service rep told me they didn't want to lose my business and that a district manager would contact me. I waited several days and never received a call. When I followed up today, I was informed that my account had been closed. No email , no call. WOW! The disappointing part is that I know Urbanex is capable of excellent service because I experienced it firsthand. Allan earned my trust, my referrals, and my business. The technicians who followed simply did not deliver the same level of quality, and over time it showed in the condition of my property. I don't write reviews lightly, originally I gave them 5 stars. But things have changed. I don't expect perfection. I do expect consistency, accountability, and results. Unfortunately, those have been missing from urbanex for far too long. ✌️

Serviced my home for 4 years. I canceled through email with a confirmation from them In response. They tried to send a service rep out a month later. When I called to inform them I wasn’t a customer anymore they said I had to pay this service even though I called before they showed up and they never came out. They sent me to collections at this point even though my service had been cancelled over a month and no services rendered. Would not recommend their service it self wasn’t very good either which is why I switched.

UPDATE #2: since my last update the quality of service is at an all time low. Their "web free guarantee" is laughable as Everytime they leave my house after completing a service the spiderwebs near my door never seem to move. Additionally I tried to call and cancel since the service was poor and they refused to let me cancel saying I HAD to do a reservice and wait before I was allowed to cancel. Then upon ending that call one of their workers called me from their PERSONAL phone to essentially vent at how horrible he's treated at the company and make me feel bad that a reservice was needed. I don't want to speak with anyone from this company I only want to CANCEL. email was sent. UPDATE: I've had this service for a couple months now and customer service is nearly impossible to get ahold of. I'm not sure if that's due to subpar service which I have since received or an influx of customers from all their door to door. My second person that came out, I don't remember his name, but I'm not sure if he just half assed his job or if their level of service drops after Seth and Brittany do your first round. He spent the whole time talking on his phone and didn't maintain the same level of work that Brittany had done. I just tried to call to cancel and after holding for 20 mins they sent me to a voicemail box. For paying over $300 in the last couple months and to still see such a high amount of spiders is beyond me. At this point, I'd rather buy the bug stuff myself and save this headache of companies over promising their quality of work. Both Seth and Brittany were absolutely wonderful. I didn't feel a hard sell from Seth, which I like and Britney was very polite and let me know when the service was starting and ending as well as just giving me some reasonable expectations that I can see over the next 30 days. I will see how a year goes with them and provide an update then. As of now, I would definitely recommend this pest control group.

We've been very happy with Urbanex due the amazing service from people like Jerry. He listens to any concerns, covers everything, and advises about anything he did or did not find. We've had other firms try to win our business based on price and while the sales pitch sounds great, based on our past experiences with other firms, our concern is that we won't get the same level of thorough and complete service.
