Called Esparza pest control around 9am today for a rodent removal and they had Technician Mark sent out right away. He was extremely friendly and informative. Explained recommendations and preventative measures, as well as inspected the interior and exterior of the home for any potential entryways. He was able to catch the live rodent efficiently, and the cost was extremely affordable. 100% would recommend them again! Their customer service, effectiveness and responsiveness was impressive. Thank you for taking care of my issue and making our home feel safe for our baby again!

We have been using SPI Pest Control (powered by Esparza Pest Control) for a year or 2 now at our home. Tim has been our technician throughout this period and has been great! He is thorough, explains everything he’s doing, what he’s targeting, works his way from one side of the home to the other getting every single room and corner! I’ve noticed him photo documenting as he goes to ensure he’s got all spaces! We recently bought an older commercial building that seemed to have a termite issue. We were doing a full gutting remodel so we called for an inspection. Adrian was out the next day, examined the entire building inside and out (not justtt the problem area), and found activity of dry wood termites. Adrian was able to work out a deal with us, and Raul was back the next day getting our treatment taken care of! Our company quarterly pest control will be starting October 1st :) We are thrilled to have found this company and so appreciative of Tim and his consistency on scheduling, time, and effectiveness of the products he’s using! Good customer service. However, unresolved red ant infestation in my house. I had the opportunity to hire this company through a mutual colleague - and had high hopes, but feel a bit disappointed by the outcome. Initially, they came and sprayed my entire home inside and out (which was great), but the red ants continue coming out. They had asked me to wait about 3 weeks until I was able to take advantage of their warranty. After three weeks of waiting, again the ants continued to come out infesting my food, baby formula, everything, and Esparza Pest control came out again after waiting the required time. Unfortunately, after the 2nd time the company came out to do a warranty spray - it only worsened the ant infestation. Now they're literally everywhere and I can't even cook my food without any ants walking all over it once I set my plate down. I have to rinse everything before using it. They're inside my coffee's water reservoir. They're now all over the home and it's quite frankly, immeasurably disappointing. I don't know what to do. They're getting on everything: my daughter's formula, our own food that we have to end up throwing out because they get to it before we even set it on our dinner table.

They were recommended to me as the best in terms of work, but I think in terms of honesty and price they are the only ones I have come across that are so honest. I highly recommend them; Mr. Esparza is truly an honest and professional person in what he does.

I would never recommend this company as they are not upfront and honest about the services and cost extremely expensive and do not honor their word. I paid over $1200 for initial assessment and then actual spraying for termites a year later I am contacted that I am up for maintenance, I asked how much would it be because from what I understood from the original agreement was that any future maintenance would be at a discounted price? Well, I was quoted a price of 250 for the annual maintenance. The gentleman came by walked around for about 15 minutes , and He asked me to pay him And as I handed him my car to that, you can go ahead and spray I will be working, so don’t mind me He said OK and later on in the day, I viewed the security camera and noticed that he had left and did no sprain around the house so I call him and he was hesitant and said let me call My Office. I was very angry so I called the office and spoke to Lenny and he advised me twice that he would speak to the owner. Owner never called me back, so I called again and I was told she was in a meeting so to me that means she doesn’t care to take care of the issue. I learned from speaking to Lenny that the maintenance was only for an inspection when I clearly said that they needed to spray again. I never agreed to just an inspection for $270, that is crazy. Absolutely a pleasure to have this team working on a termite treatment for my apartment complex. They did an amazing job! Everyone was super friendly awesome to speak to and they were very professional. They gave me a timeline of what was going to happen so I was never in the dark, and they completed the job in less time than I expected. 5 stars all the way.

Did not keep appointment. Came when I was not home due to that job was not completed, but I still have to pay full bill when I didn’t get full service.

They didn’t show up, they didn’t give me an explanation. I had to take time from work to be available. I called back to reschedule since I need service and they said they don’t have anything until the following week. I feel disappointed since in the past they had serviced my residence with no issues.

Horrible service they completely made a mess in my mothers house for termites and the dumb technician drilled in the concrete and destroyed a water pipe and he had no idea how to fix it it was a fat guy and I’m extremely upset with this company these are dumb techs that aren’t even professionals I have no idea how these people are still in business

One of their cars Unit 59 or 58 blew through a red light during heavy traffic on Nolana and mccoll and almost caused a major accident. Very unprofessional

I’m very upset at Esparza pest control. I had my house treated for pantry moths and the problem was not solved…. it has been 2 instead of one so I’m being told I’m going to have to pay the full amount…even though I had it treated 2x within a month period and couldn’t call earlier due to illnesses that I’ve been struggling with. Hugely disappointed

On 6/29/‘22, I was on my motorcycle driving next to an Esparza Pest Control service van (Unit # 32) on Owassa road at approximately 6:30PM when all of a sudden the van without signaling moves into the passing lane where I was and came within a couple of feet from hitting me. I honked my horn and the driver ignored my horn. Luckily I was not injured or killed.

Very rude and NOT understanding Lady, especially in this time of crisis. I request someone to come to my house and she denied the services because I have to pay the warranty for 2020. I told her that the reason I didn't request 2020 services is due to the pandemic and was laid off and had been struggling, that was the reason why I didn't request for services. She STILL DIDN'T understand and told me that if I wanted their services I still had to pay for the warranty services for 2020 that I didn't use & 2021 for someone to come to my house and service the house. As for now it's been denied!! So that was going to be a total close to $600.00 I can't believe this people😡😡😡

They did a horrible job at my house. They made a mess, broke a table leg and came 2 hours late. Never use their services.

When Covid first came out Esparza was awesome, I think they charged .50 cents an ounce for the disinfecting spray. Now the price has tripled!!! They're getting rich off this stuff, while my small business might go out of business if I keep buying this spray! Can't believe how they have changed just to make a buck off Covid! Sad.

Way too expensive! Almost 400 bucks for a month of rodent control...no mouse caught after a 30 days. Also, We had a gap of not using there service for three years. When we were ready to ask for services, they refused and said we had to pay for last three years at once.
