I tried multiple times over the course of a single morning to hire Bee Strong Honey & Bee Removal and couldn’t get basic communication. Calls went unanswered, voicemails weren’t returned, and texts were misunderstood or ignored. When I finally reached someone, the tone was dismissive—like I was inconveniencing them just for asking about service. It felt like they simply didn’t want to work. I can’t recommend a company that won’t answer the phone, communicate clearly, or treat potential customers respectfully.

Called bee strong in the morning with a request to relocated bees in my property . And Luis was very helpful and took care of me by 2 that same day. The price was lower than having bees exterminated. And he did a great job! I would strongly recommend him and his company to my fiends and family . Overall very happy with the service and the time he took to respond.

I hired this company to remove bees from my house. The individual spent 15 minutes removing a hive according to my neighbor. The bees were still there after a few days. Called the individual and they promised to return and remove them since I got a one year guarantee that they wouldn't return. Have received texts back that they will return and still no return and even more bees now. In my observation the owner took out part of the hive and he didn't completely remove them and now its seem I have a BIGGER problem. They have since attacked my dog and my kids. They even said I could keep the honey but they said there wasn't any and they left a mess there and honey all over. I have pictures...gonna contact the Better Business Bureau. If I get attacked again I am getting legal representation...

Our Complete Beehive removal includes relocating the complete beehive including brood and queen bee. There any few bees that could possibly be left die off due to 6wk life cycle of honey bee. Beekeeper went out back out twice after complete removal out of curtesy. <br><br>All our TxT Conversations with Customers are recorded to avoid any misunderstanding. Bees have never left. <br><br><br>Good afternoon <br>I treated area twice after original beehive was picked up. There was no beehive left, you would have not been able to cover that spot, if original bees or beehive was there and not removed properly. So If u got another swarm moved, and make a hive could be in same area I font know. Therefore, I Will honor one time removal if bees/beehive is located in the spot where originsl beehive was removed or treated area. If not in treated area then there would be a charge for removal of ew hive. So 1 yr warranty would cover the area u covered with board. If they in a different wall, place etc, you will be notified snd can procede from there.
