We are new to Lake of the Pines area and had no clue who to call for a minor pest control problem. Asked three local hardware stores for a recommendation. One did not know of a company but the other two recommended A-Z. They got out to my home within a quick time frame, and got the critters taken care of! Very affordable, local Mom and Pop owned, no contract or high pressure sales, and knowledable, friendly technician. Does offer reasonable quarterly routine maintenence. Highly recommended

When I first called, I had a mountain of ants. They were actually coming out of the woodwork. I think I could count them now, but they still came back to finish them off for me. You have a customer forever.

If I call the office over if they are at the house, they are always friendly and attentive and always answer my questions. They offer advice and are willing to help you the best way the can and the lest expensive way possible. I have recommended them to several friends and family and they are pleased as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
