Brook's Pest Control

I am warning you guys do not use brooks pest control. They are horrible! They are trying to charge me $311 after wanting to cancel service. The first scheduled service nobody ever showed up. They they finally got someone out there after having to make a whole new appointment. Making me waste an entire day. I requested that guy for my next service. My second service nobody showed up again in the discussed time and when he finally did he was smoker out of his mind not being able to stand straight which was horrifying for a woman alone! Then the third time they still sent a completely different guy after requesting every time to send the first one I met. Now it my 4th service I confirmed a week prior the time and which guy I wanted. They rescheduled the appointment because he wasn’t available that day to today. And they sent a completely different guy. And I let the man know that I want the guy I requested and he snapped back with “that’s not how it works” while getting closer to my door like he’s going to just get started. I close and lock the door and call the company to tell them I’ve already pushed this appointment out a week to get the guy I’m comfortable having in my home. And that every single time there’s been a problem not a single time did it go smooth. And the manager said to bad and that if I want to cancel service they will charge me $311. And if I don’t let someone else come in side that they will cancel it regardless and still charge me $311! Then hung up on me when I requested the guy I felt safe with because he’s sending aggressive and smoked out freaks to my house and I won’t let them in. Now I sent an email going over everything and requesting AGAIN for the man I want to do the service and they haven’t answered.

Tried calling # two times after 10:30 on a weekday. No answer and the VM hasn't been set up after 7 years of business ? Seems odd
