We just started using All-Rid Pest Control. When I called I spoke w/Kaylyn and she is so nice, super helpful, got us scheduled quickly and was excellent about communicating with us before the appointment. Our technician and owner of the company was a great guy and had a lot of knowledge regarding pest control. He really listened to our concerns and knew how to address them. It has not even been 24 hours and we are already seeing dead scorpions and spiders. Thank you All-Rid!

Liddy does a great job but does not have the proper equipment to reach my second floor eaves- not her fault. Could you figure out what is necessary because wasp nests get in those eaves. She thought my power washer would reach- it did not. I finally got a tool that I have- extends- and got them- but I need someone to do that- getting too old to do it myself. Let me know!

Martine, we appreciate your response. We have in the past carried longer extension poles on our trucks that would not lay flat inside the truck bed but hung out the back. I can't tell you the number of times people at gas stations or other public places would walk behind our trucks and STEAL our poles (which are not cheap), we finally made a decision to get smaller ones so they are concealed in the bed of the truck. If you have an extension pole that is indeed long enough just let us know the next time we are there and we will happily take down the wasp nests for you!<br><br>Paula<br>All-Rid
