Baywood Exterminating Company

Our Company Manages multiple properties in the Houston area. I was in need of a quick turnaround for extermination service on one of our properties. I looked up exterminators in Crosby and Baywood was one of them. I thought I would be making a lot of phone calls trying to get service. Baywood picked up the phone on the second ring with an ACTUAL HUMAN. The woman I spoke to was super nice and even though it was 10 minutes before they closed she booked an appointment for the following morning at 9AM at a very reasonable price. I was shocked. The next morning the technician, Ms. Carmen, showed up 15 minuets early and explained the entire process to both myself and the tenant and completed the service in record time. The tenant was concerned about having her kids around during the treatment and Carmen put her mind at ease explaining all the chemicals and were they would be placed to ensure that there was no danger to the children. Ms Carmen was done quickly and even offered us a 3 month warranty to ensure we had no more problems at no extra charge. In this rental business it is not often that you come across a company that is fair, reasonable, on time, and stands by their work. AND have technicians like Ms Carmen who actually care about the customer. We will be using Ms Carmen and Baywood from now on on all of our properties. Great People and Great Service.

I was blessed to have Carmen West as my pest control professional in August. She was prompt and courteous. Answered all of my questions. It was a phenomenal job extraordinarily done. She is definitely a Pest Control Expert!

I called Baywood after reading positive reviews from people in the neighborhood. The termite swarms had started and there was a spot in my house that had me concerned. I called to schedule a termite inspection. They had me on their schedule in a couple of days. Lucky for me, Carmen was the person who came out to see us. Unfortunately for me, she found termites. I walked with her during her inspection. She is very knowledgeable about these little evil critters. She explained how the treatment works and how she would do it. We went ahead with treatment. She rearranged her schedule so she could do the treatment sooner rather than two weeks later, which is what her schedule was showing. She came out and trenched around the whole house and sprayed everywhere. We even had her do a fire ant treatment on the entire yard because the ants (at least in our yard) are horrible. We’ve only lived here for about 8 months and there are always several ant mounds in the yard. She explained their guarantee and what we will do to extend the guarantee after the year is up. Needless to say, we are very happy with the job Carmen has done for us. Now we just sit back and let the termites and ants die! Don’t hesitate to call them. No sales pressure whatsoever. Make sure you ask for Carmen!! We’re so happy with them we had them go to my mom’s house to do an inspection as well.

Bayway is contracted by my HOA to spray for mosquitoes. Tonight, while walking my dog the driver did not wait a respectable distance before commencing spray from his truck. As soon as he drove pass me, he began to spray, leaving to me inhale the chemicals/pesticide (known carcinogens), burning my nose and lungs. I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone.

Carmen at Baywood does an amazing job for us. We have two locations that she services 6667. She is always so kind and considerate as to what is going on in our place of business as not to disturb but always do a thorough job! She is WONDERFUL!!

We have used Baywood for over 20 years. Carmen has been our technician for at least half of that time. She has provided excellent service . She is very professional and at the same time very personable. We would feel very comfortable with her in our home without us there. She is as trustworthy as they come.

Over priced bad customer service and still have gnats !

I've been with this company since November of 2017. Service was satisfactory at first. The female exterminator was pleasant and she would spray the rooms and the outside as any exterminator should. However, recently she would only spray the kitchen, not the outside and not any of the rooms. The exterminator advised she doesn't spray the rooms. I called Baywood to ask if the exterminator could spray the rooms and was informed she had to spray every room and did not know why the exterminator would tell me otherwise. That same day the exterminator was obviously angered that I called to ASK if she could spray all the rooms, which again was told she was supposed to. My mother asked her if she was going to spray the outside and she said she doesn't spray the outside. It seems she didn't even spray, I wouldn't be surprised if she just pretended to spray. I called Baywood today to inform them of my experience and advised I wanted to cancel services. The lady I spoke to didn't even apologize or offer a refund for their last service. Very bad experience and would NOT recommend.
