Very friendly and professional; easy to talk to. He was informative and listened to what I had to say and helped resolve the issue.

Harley did a great job today with our mosquito treatment today. We have a big yard with a-lot of trees. I noticed he took his time and carefully sprayed everything very well. He was very thorough and we appreciate his extra effort.

As always, Jose provided excellent and responsive service. He takes time to understand any issues we may be having, and very willing to do what's needed. Very pleased!

Chris and his team are always professional, courteous, and genuine. We use them for home pest control and for our two businesses. James was very kind and personable. However, he left my front gate open and unsecured. This is not acceptable because of my pets!

Joe the technician that was assigned to my commercial account met me at the facility and clearly stated that I would not see any bigs because the insecticide that they use was so strong that insects would not come close. WRONG! I actually saw more insects than in the past. They then start blaming the weather, specifically all the rainfall. Uhhhh we are still in severe drought conditions. Excuse after excuse. AND they lock you in to a contract that they use against you. Would not recommend this company.

James was extremely personable, polite, efficient and explained everything about his service for today. I will most likely be signing up for quarterly service. Very pleased with this service and happy to keep my business local.

Covenant Pest control does an excellent job. We have been using them for several years. Our technician (Chase) is very professional and courteous. He does a great job of showing up at the appointed time and explaining exactly what treatment he is going to perform.

Our service tech is always friendly and nice. Helped with the fire ant issue. He came out on Saturday and Sunday morning I saw a large hornets nest on our front porch. I would have hoped if he saw this he would have addressed it with us if it was outside of our scope of service and if it wasn’t he would have treated it. No way this large of a nest was built in less than 24 hours. Disappointed this was not addressed.

Jose showed up on time, was very friendly, and explained exactly what chemicals he was treating the home perimeter with, and the bugs he was targeting. This was our initial quarterly treatment and we are so pleased with how nice and attentive the office staff are, and Jose just made us a forever Covenant customer! 5 Star company!!!
