I'm a retired Air Force Facilties Specialist, 24 years active with another 15 years as either a DOD Contractor on a Base Maintenace Contract as the facilities maintenance chief or working as a DOD GS-12 Navy Facilities Speacilist. In either of these 3 careers i have never seen such professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm in the performance of a persons job, as well as consideration and compassion for thier client Jeremy Hunley and his wealth of expertise and knowledge coupled with his miniscule fee in comparison to your anticpated investmenmt of a new (used) home is an insurance that you cannot pass on, I selected 3 different "dream" homes, the first would of costed me 10's of thousands of dollars in "UNSEEN" structual, plumbing and electrical, repairs, the 2nd dreamer would have been less however major electrical and plumbing issues, as well as the 3rd. My 4th though 54 years old had issues that are total manageble between seller repairs as well as mine. BOTTOM LINE FOLKS, If your buying a home have it inspected, think of it as a one time insurance fee. however know that it is peace of mind and knowledge that if CAPROCK INSPECTIONS did it you have had the BEST OF THE BEST do it. I highly recommend CAPROCK INSPECTIONS for your new home inspections!!!!!
