The staff has always been kind and polite, both office personnel and the techs who come to my house. They always go the extra mile to make sure the spiders are under control!

I have used these guys for years and the service started changing about a year or so ago for the bad. I had them come out to spay the house in May and a month later we are still seeing bugs. So, I called them to get them to re-spray and they said they would charge me to re-spray the house. this is not the same company any more. that tells me they dont stand behind your product. WHY WOULD I PAY YOU AGAIN TO BE INEFFECTIVE AGAIN…..that is the definition of INSANITY Bottom line : They are INEFFECTIVE and I would NOT USE them again. I will be changing to a new company.

Another great service. Technicians are personable and thorough. I use Circle S pest control for all my issues- mosquitoes, fleas, ants etc.

My yard has been treated a total of 3 times over the past year. Second treatment less than my expectation. Called office and someone else came out, did a MUCH more thorough treatment outside. I’ve set up for them to come back quarterly, and we’ll see how it goes.

We own an exterior cleaning company and personally impressed with the spider misting system. They work incredibly well and you won't be disappointed. The techs and customer support is always so informative and professional. Lakeside Exterior Services supports you!

Professional, efficient & always on-time.

We use Circle S Pest Control for quarterly routine pest control service at our vacation home on Lake Buchanan. Today their service person performed the appropriate service. He was nice and polite and professional, and this comment is not about the pest control application he administered. However, when I greeted him at our door (wearing my mask) he was not wearing or carrying a mask. I asked if he was going to spray inside as well as outside, and he said yes. I asked if he had a mask; he said yes and asked me if I wanted him to put it on. Then I asked him if he was vaccinated; when he told me he was not, I told him "yes, I want you to please wear a mask". And he went out and got one, put it on, and wore it while he was in our house. With the explosion of Delta COVID cases in our area, it seems irresponsible--and potentially dangerous for all parties--for anyone to enter a customer's house without being vaccinated or wearing a mask. Had I not raised the issue, he would not have put on a mask before coming in. I hope this isn't something this company encourages among their employees, as I think it reflects poorly on the company.
