Our recently purchased home had spiders moving in thinking they hit the jackpot. We called Berk pest control on a recommendation from a family member. Steve came right over and thoroughly explained what he would be doing, He is very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to address all our questions and concerns without making us feel like we were asking a lot. Before leaving Steve gave great tips and recommendations about what we need to do for our home to help keep pest away. We really appreciated this. Steve did a thorough job inside and out of Our home, He is professional and respectful of us, our home, grandchildren, and pets, A true example of what a service representative should be. We are very satisfied with Burk pest control services and the invaluable information provided to us. We highly recommend Steve at Burk Pest Control.
