Mole Masters

I had a very disappointing experience with Mole Masters. I waited at my house for three separate days because I was repeatedly told someone would be coming. On the third day, after no one showed up again, I tried every way I could to reach them. I called the technician's cell phone and left a voicemail, sent a text message, called the receptionist's cell phone and left a voicemail, sent her a text, and even called the office and left a message. Despite all of those attempts, no one ever responded. I understand that scheduling issues can happen, but completely ignoring a customer after multiple phone calls, voicemails, and text messages is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience with their communication and customer service.

We paid for a month service. They assessed, set up traps, and are supposed to come weekly. After waiting over a week from setup, we had to call to get someone to come check the traps. Someone came out and checked them and moved the traps. No one has come back since that time. To be clear, they came out to service one time after setup and have not come back at all. Set up was July 1 and today is July 24. We still have moles creating new tunnels and they are tearing up the yard. I have called more than once and each time I have been assured someone is coming and I will be contacted. No one has come or called. I do not recommend this business. $600+ for services we did not receive.

They have done a great job of getting rid of moles and gophers in my yard. They will take care of you. Gage is a exceptional employee of this company. He has gone out of his way to help me. You will not be disappointed if you use this company.

Gage has been a miracle! He has taken care of the moles and gophers in my yard. He is always so very nice and respectful. Had a couple gopher mounds pop up after initial treatment and called him and he came back and had him trapped in 30 minutes!! So very thankful. He is always very responsive to any phone calls! Gage has always been courteous and knowledgeable about our concern. This time I was watching the dirt being pushed up and immediately called. Gage was out quickly and hopefully, before more dirt is displaced, we will nab the yard destroying critters. Thankyou for all your hard work over the years. Living in the country is a fulltime job lol

They got more accomplished in 6 days than their competition did last year. It's all about results.

Chris our technician is knowledgeable and taught me several things about trapping. He came out several times to check traps and even moved them to anticipate the problem. I have been mole and gopher free since he got rid of them. Worth the call!

Mole Masters removed one gopher in our yard that’s been tearing it up for a few months now they set the traps and raised the flags up. They were supposed to come back the next week but didn’t but called and they were there within seconds - great personality - friendly service - guaranteed they’d catch it and they did - we think there’s more but so far so good No Mud pies in the yard, but they told me to call back if they show up again, but it would be another charge - Somewhat pricey, but worth it -Thank you so much 👍 Kimberlee Kaul Flint Texas

We’ve had a mole issue in our front and back yards since we bought our home in Tyler and weren’t really sure just how bad it was, but we knew we needed to do something. Their tunnel systems were messing up our yard pretty badly. Tunnels were everywhere. Gage, who has been with the company for a long time, experienced and knowledgeable, came, set traps, and practically immediately we trapped a mole. So far, we’ve trapped 5 moles. Hoping we don’t have many more to catch, and also looking forward to a beautiful yard again.

Our place looked like a battlefield from all the mounds and runner we had in our yard. Gage and his co-worker came out, set traps late into the evening, and caught 15 gophers/moles off my place! I have not had any more mounds since! These guys customer service was extraordinary in every aspect and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! THANK YALL!!

We couldn't be happier with the service. I tried for like a year to solve the problem myself and I couldn't get rid of them. We had gophers all over the property. Gage was the technician that helped us and he was great! He was friendly, talked me thru the process, was really successful at getting them all trapped. Gage was great and now there isn't 5 new gopher mounds every day on our property.

An individual came out to my house on October 24 and was supposed to return Friday October 31. He did not return, and received no phone call. I had called once during the week of November 3rd and again on November 7th after not having any response. The owner was supposed to call me Saturday but have not received a call as of this review. I have cleared my own trap for the one verified varmit they caught, meanwhile other areas still show evidence of activity. No communication. For paying over $500 for this service, I would expect better customer service and follow through. Would not recommend.

Michael is excellent at getting rid of those moles & gophers for good!! He is honest, thorough, knowledgeable and has an excellent work ethic!! I highly recommend Mole Masters!!

Caught 9-10 moles/gopher at first attempt. Came back and reset traps for a few survivors. Price was fair. They were conscientious and thorough.

Mole Masters came out here because we were at wits end trying to rid our yard of gophers with every known thing to man. Nothing worked! Michael came out and killed them all in one visit. We would have saved so much money if we had called them first. And...they started servicing our mosquito system once they seen we had one. These guys really are the best at what they do.

Very sad. I have made multiple attempts to reach out about paying in full for 12 months of service and only receiving about 8. I do not recommend this company to anyone, they are not responsive. I have called 4 times and talked with a lady, and I have emailed. No response. Terrible. I guess they take you money and do not deliver the services promised.

So thankful for Michael and Kelly! Our infestation was out-of-control, but they kept going until the job was done. This is a family-owned and operated company, and they take pride in the community and their work. They’re worth the investment!

Check to see if traps are there. I supposedly had 2 traps set. But they were not there

This service was a complete waste of money in my opinion. They said they would provide proof of their catches but never did, and the moles are still in my yard. They say they have caught moles but they never provided pictures as promised. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Michael has been coming by the house for a few weeks now. I think we’ve trapped 5 or 6 moles so far! Hopefully we can keep getting rid of em!

I wished I had called earlier! I tried to take care of the problem myself and failed, ended up making my problem worse. Finally caved and called around to some outrageous quotes. Mole Masters was the exception, it was a more than fair fee for taking care of my now enormous problem. They were quick to get out to my house and set up traps, and I haven’t had another mound since! Do not hesitate, those buggers reproduces and will tear up your lawn. This is the way to go, no doubt.

Did not do what they said they could do. They set traps and did not catch one mole or gopher in the traps. When called they had many excuses. Then they said they would fix the problem and never did.

Very responsive recommend if you got a mole problem

We used Mole Masters for a gopher problem. Several gophers were caught during the 3 weeks they trapped. The service we paid for was 4 weeks but I guess they include the week they set the traps as week one. I called and they were gracious enough to send him back for one more treatment. Unfortunately, beginning the day after our last service, the critters began taking over our yard. We have no less than 20 mounds in our immediate not so large fenced backyard and as many or more in the unfenced surrounding area. This is not a fix.

These very friendly folks are very knowledgeable. They keep me updated after service visits. I have very satisfied with their service.

Edited to add: Mole Masters swiftly corrected the situation by going above and beyond to service our property. I’m certain the unfortunate experience I had with them initially was a fluke. Diana and the technicians were very professional and courteous. I have since recommended them to several people. **I called them on a Tuesday to have somebody come out to handle our mole problem. I was told they could probably come out the following afternoon but if they couldn’t make it then they’d be out the following Tuesday. I was called away from the house the following day so I called and asked them to just bump it to that following Tuesday as discussed. Tuesday came and nobody came or called. I received an unexpected voicemail on Wednesday from a technician saying he was about 15 minutes away. I was 10 minutes from home at the time so I headed that way. Nobody showed up so I called and left a message. The voicemail I received that evening in response claimed the technician did come to my house but that nobody was home and that they could either come out the next day or Friday. At this point the office was closed so I left a message as instructed and said that either day was fine. I never heard back and again nobody showed up. I cannot rate their service because I haven’t been able to get anybody out here at the agreed upon time but I’m giving one star for communication .
