Kayle was great; she was so caring and helpful. I also got to speak with Mike, the owner, about the insects trying to invade my home. Tod Wells was the tech assigned to my property and he was awesome he was knowledgeable and made sure he covered everything. I'm very happy with their service and will definitely keep using them.

We've been using City Pest Control since 2019 and are very pleased with their service. Todd has been servicing our home and property every 3 months for some time now -- he always does an above-and-beyond job, extremely thorough and professional. He has helped us battle scorpions, wasps, and all sorts of creepy-crawlies. We'll continue to rely on him and City Pest control for our pesticide needs.

They were all very kind and understanding of my situation. Todd was very thorough and professional, letting me sit in and watch what he did, all while explaining the chemicals. It was very interesting and entertaining. Always very thorough and constantly check in to see how my wasp problem was. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Todd with City Pest Control is a stand up guy and always works with me to fit our pest service within my schedule. There are times where he has called me beforehand to let me know when he expects to arrive and other times where he arrives when I’m not home, sprays my back yard, moves to another house then meets me back at my home to finish up when I can let him in. He’s always polite, patient and professional. I am always grateful and happy to work with such an accommodating person.

Today we had City Pest Control out to our rural property. Todd came out and treated everything. He explained each of his steps and how to activate the pesticide. The bug problem has been getting better, we are glad we chose City Pest!

Great Company with valued employees My friend who is a senior citizen, a veteran and disabled had some issues with pests. Todd Wells to the rescue…..and on Memorial Day. Todd took care of my buddy and all pesky insects have been exterminated. I will use these Guys again and will refer them to others for all pest control needs

I’ve used several different pest control companies over the past decade and have never been impressed enough to post a review. Todd Wells over at City Pest Control went above and beyond what I was expecting for normal routine service. The areas he covered for everything was satisfying to understand not only did he cover the perimeter / lower areas outside and inside (baseboards, etc.) but also underneath the gutters and roofing areas which I had never noticed another company cover before. Thanks again!

Great service, good communication, and professional.

I am the property manager at Lock N Roll Storage. We have used City Pest Control for all of our pest control needs for the past 6+ years. City Pest Control been amazing when it comes to spraying our facility. There had even been an incident where we needed to have cat traps to remove a litter of kittens that they provided assistance with. You will not find better customer service here in the BCS area.

Came out and helped with my concern and relieved me from some stress thank you sir!
