When we first built our home mosquitos were horrible and we were unable to enjoy our new porches! Found Mosquito Joe and we now sit outside in mornings and eves enjoying coffee and the sounds of the birds!

The owner came out himself and tackled our yellow jacket infestation in a prompt manner. Raymond Payne was attacked on Saturday trying to remove a dead tree. He blew up like a bowling ball. Mosquito Joe's solved the problem right away and killed them all. If you need a pest guy, I would highly recommend them with no hesitation. Now hubby can get back to work clearing out the dead stuff.

Mosquitos didn't see them coming! Cade sprayed on Monday and we’ve been able to stay outside until WE are ready to come in! No bites or buzzing that drives us inside. Well worth the investment to have Mosquito Joe sprat and treat our yard!

We have been using Mosquito Joe for about a year and we love it. Our service tech (Cade) always has great communication about when he is showing up and when he is done, which is important to us because our dogs. The service has made a huge difference with the mosquitos and has allowed us to enjoy our yard again.

Mosquito Joe has made our outside fun again. We can actually sit on the patio and enjoy ourselves. We love the great communication. They notify us an hour ahead of arrival, upon arrival and upon completion. Their treatments are very effective.

Mosquito Joe of Baytown-Beaumont has been servicing my home for the past couple of months. I am happy with the customer service Pat and others have provided. On one occasion they arrived and noticed a goose we were nursing back to health and suggested that the service be delayed. This level of consideration stands out but more so because we were not penalized for essentially a cancelled appointment. As to the effectiveness of the treatment, there was marked improvement after the first call and I’m not getting assaulted when I leave for work in the morning anymore. Time will tell how well it holds up, but what I’ll remember most is the consideration provided.

It seemed to help some but it was windy and then rained 2 days after and the mosquitoes were bad again. I called and they were very nice and came out for a second time to retreat at no cost. Called it a “booster” but only lasted a few days then mosquitoes were right back. Honestly cutter from Walmart works just as good in our yard. We can’t go hangout in our yard in the evenings either way do to all the mosquitoes swarming 🙁 it may work great from some people but we were disappointed but not in the service just in the longevity of the product. Unfortunately we won’t continue with mosquito Joe.

I got referred from a coworker and man did they live up to the hype.There is no mosquitoes on my property as I needed them cleared for my daughters birthday party. Not one mosquito bugged me or my family. I will be calling back soon to set up a schedule because I hate them skeeters

I have been extremely pleased with the results of having my front and backyard treated by Mosquito Joe’s. Prior to using them I had a terrible problem with mosquitoes, being bitten many times each time I went outside. Since the first treatment I have been bitten one time! They canceled my appointment so we postponed it and didn’t reschedule. My husband called for an appointment 2 weeks ago and we haven’t heard back from anyone. We are calling another company. 2 strikes and your out!

Your original appointment was for 5/05; however, due to scheduling conflicts, we reached out on 04/28 asking if we could move the appointment to 05/03. Unfortunately, that date did not work for you, as you advised that you wanted someone to be home during our visit. You inquired if a weekend day was available however, when we explained that we are not open on the weekends, you stated that you would like to cancel altogether and that you would contact us in the future if you desired to schedule a treatment. As requested on 04/28, we canceled your appointment. Your husband called to schedule an appointment on 12/20. When we called back, we did not get an answer and the voicemail did not pick up. Unfortunately, at the time, we did not realize that he was your husband and did not make the correlation, as your account was only under your name. Had we realized that he was your husband and that he was calling on behalf of your account, we would have attempted to contact you at your phone number as well. We apologize for this occurrence and hope that our response has helped to address these concerns.
