1 star because I can’t give them ZERO. They are scam artists that often find issues that are not there. Definitely get more opinions if they say you have termites and/or termite damage. Apparently they find a lot of things that aren’t actually there…. I know I’m not the only one. I’ve since had 3 different pest control companies come out to tell me they found No signs of termite damage or activity. ***Also let themselves into my house half an hour before their scheduled appointment time. Treated me like I was an inconvenience and so disrespectful. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not even to my enemy…
