This company can’t (or won’t) read no solicitation signs. If they can’t follow basic instructions, they definitely can’t be trusted to perform a service. Follow up. Company doesn’t want a bad review despite failing to verify compliance from their vendors

Trevor came this week to winterize yard and put preemergent down. I’m pretty particular, usually home, and can monitor the application process from my cameras. By far, Trevor aced it in thoroughness.

Buffalo Outdoor has been wonderful to work with! They don't hassle you with a bunch of questions and time tables on when they'll show up. They just give you their schedule and arrive to treat your yard! Leaving it lush and weed free!

When I think of First Cut I think Curb Appeal. First Cut delivers a premium product for a reasonable fee. We are delighted and happy to provide our review so other customers will know First Cut is the real deal!

Very friendly and we’re able to temporarily freeze my account during the winter season with no pushback. Would recommend to all my neighbors and friends.

I was not impressed with their mowing services. The 1st time they come out, yard didn't look like it was touched. The second time they were scheduled to come out they said they came out, however I was home all day and no one was at the property. They also do not collect grass clippings when mowing. I asked twice to have them blow the leaves out of instead of into the flower beds and was told this request would be an addtional service. Leaf removal and cleanup is double the labor rate that other companies charge. I do not recommend. ****Update**** I highly do not recommend for any services. I canceled all my services today due to poor work ethics, technicians not applying the right amount of chemicals or all the chemicals I have paid for. Every time I brought up a concern they wanted to tell me it was my yard and offer even more services to help resolve the problem that I have already been doing. Take your money somewhere else.

As new homeowners, we did not own a lawnmower and are happy we found First Cut Lawn Services to take care of our yard. They are very responsive and I love that we can communicate via email. I also took advantage of their wood delivery service this winter. Overall very pleased!
