Had a great experience working with J&J. We set an appointment for a Tuesday for the inspection, and they were able to do the treatment by the Saturday. The Branch Manager, David, personally went above and beyond by doing the inspection and treatment himself to accommodate our schedules to ensure we could move forward with the process. He patiently explained the process thoroughly and how the bait traps work.

We heard scratching sounds in the attic for almost a week before calling for help. The technician found signs of rodents entering through a small roof gap that we never noticed ourselves. Since the sealing work and treatment, nights have finally been quiet again. Huge relief for the whole family.

I can’t say enough good things about J and J Exterminating. From start to finish, the experience was top notch. Nick took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to oversell anything, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. What really stood out was the results. We noticed a difference almost immediately, and it’s been a huge relief not dealing with mosquitoes and pests like before. Nick even joked, “If they ain’t paying rent and just want to be a blood sucker, they gotta go”—and he meant it. He handles business. Professional, honest, and they show up when they say they will (which is rare these days). I’ve already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. If you want it done right the first time, ask for Nick—you won’t regret it.
