Called Bricker pest control on a Friday. The lady who answered was so very kind and sweet. She asked a few questions about what I needed and the same day she sent someone out! Jody was amazing! He had great manners and fully listened to my concerns. He was very knowledgeable & was able to identify the type of ants in my home, he was also very reassuring about fixing the ant problem, gave his honest opinion and he was also very cautious about my toddler in the home & having his toys everywhere & expressed it was safe where he was spraying. I felt very relieved he was able to provide treatment the same day! It was a very easy and simply process, he was done in a hour and he made me feel such at ease! Also giving 5 stars for the pricing, it was very affordable so I decided to sign up for the monthly services! I hope to see Jody next time and can’t wait to recommend this company to family and friends (: thank you again Bricker Pest Control & Jody!!!

I live in Bay City with a married daughter in Baton Rouge. She and her husband had attic mice issues bad. Son In law called for loan of $10k to fix problem. I freaked out.. not even any insulation damaged. Walked into Brisker and the staff gave me step by step solution, for no cost. It all worked and now I’m the superstar father in law lol.. Thanks for local kindness and expertise.

Kevin did a fantastic and thorough job, both inside and outside our home. The service was definitely a step above our previous company... he was friendly, professional, and even took the time to explain the chemicals the last providers had left behind. We’ve already seen an immediate drop in the small bugs that used to find their way inside, and he gave us plenty of helpful tips to keep them away. We’d be happy to have Kevin handle our pest control every time.

I’m very pleased with their service. They were timely and did what they said they would. They were finished with the job and I mentioned some carpenter ants and they unloaded equipment to take care of it. They cleaned up all the drilling dust and covered where they dug around the foundation. All in all, a very professional company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Bricker Pest Control is a scammy, dishonest, and completely incompetent company. They tried to shake me down for $10 I had already paid in cash. The technician and I both counted the money, and I was told a receipt would be emailed. Surprise—no receipt ever came. Then today, after I left $284 inside for my scheduled service, I get a call saying I “still owe $10 from last time.” Instead of doing his job, the tech sat in my driveway for 45 minutes, wrote up fake notes about our last visit, and left without spraying a single thing. When I questioned it, the office doubled down on their lies and wouldn’t even confirm whether he had done any work at all. The owner, Tim, finally called me only after I had wasted hours of my day. I told him to pull the recorded calls, because what his employees are saying simply did not happen. Now they’re making me wait for another technician, meaning another four hours wasted outside my own home just to get service. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and not worth your time or money. Find a pest control service that doesn’t invent fake debts, lie in their notes, and waste your entire day.

Tim and the entire Bricker Pest Control Team are AMAZING! They are responsive and extremely knowledgable in the Pest Control Industry. I appreciate them and will engage them again and recommend to anyone!

My sister and I needed to get someone out to our grandparents house in Needville, TX to take care of massive wasp problem and some termites; we contacted Bricker Pest Control because a friend referred us to them. I was worried we might be too far since they are located out of Bay City, but nope they were more than happy to come out as they service several surrounding communities. Tim, the owner, personally came out to do the initial inspection; he was reliable, friendly, honest, and thorough. After sitting down with me and going over the plan to tackle the issues at hand; he made sure I understood what was being done, the cost and never once did he try to “sell” me anything more than I needed. He had a technician out the next day and he also came back himself. They went to work and took their time; they were extremely reliable, honest, trustworthy and just “good ole boys”. They did not take advantage of us or try and get us to do more than needed to be done to take care of the issues at hand. From the first phone call to their office, which is answered by his wife, who is so kind, to the initial visit with Tim, to the day of the work being done, every step was amazing customer service. We are so appreciative of them and the amazing job done; they will be our go to from now on for any pest needs! Highly recommend!

I decided to try a local pest control company from my area, and I am so happy I did! When I called to get information, Allison was so personable and a pure joy to work with. She was able to explain everything to me in great detail and gave me the confidence I was hoping for when choosing a pest control company. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were able to come out right away to do the inspection, and gave me time to do the prep work. The technician Leo was just as knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with as well! I would give more than a 5-star rating if I could. I'm very satisfied with total experience and so glad I chose a local company. It made all the difference.

My house is a 1940 all wood home and termite takeover was a serious concern. I contacted Bricker Pest Control to gove me an estimate for installation of year round preventative treatment. The price was very fair and they were out the followingbweek to do the installation. Although I was not around to "supervise" they installed the stations as agreed. The installation was done professionally and does not detract from the landscaping. They cleaned up their work areas thoroughly. The entire experience has been painless.

Fast and reliable service. Tim came to our house near Wharton himself, and helped us the same day we called. Fortunately we did not have termites, but in any case we will trust Bricker Pest Control for any future needs!

The owner and his technicians had excellent and prompt customer service and answered all of my questions and concerns. I ended getting the preventative maintenance treatment package to protect my rental home investment and the owner explained in great detail as to why it was needed while breaking down the cost and warranty for service. All in all a great company to deal with and recommend them for all of your pest control needs!

I called Bricker Pest Control after reading the positive reviews on Google. I needed someone quickly to handle a termite problem. Tim gave me a reasonable estimate and then came back to do the work himself. He answered every question I had and explained everything done in great detail. I would absolutely recommend Bricker Pest Control to handle any Pest issue.

Sure wish I would have received the same service these other people have! They tore out 3 walls on 3 separate buildings, sprayed the bees but didn't bother to at least tack up some plastic to keep the bees from returning, which they will do and did. Now I'm worse off then when they came out, AND they ask for an additional $350 to continue a job they did not finish. If you quote a job and get paid for it, you do the job until it is done. That is what you agreed to do. I am disabled due to heart problems, and this is the last type of thing I need to be worried with. Very disappointed.

If you have pests of any kind, Tim Bricker "Bricker Pest Control", is the man to call. We called him to check out termites, he gave us alot of info and as he was in town, he came over right away. He also does a program control of all things pests, inside house, outside house and yard. I know several people who had referred Tim to us. If you need pest control, you should give "Bricker Pest Control" a call.
