I contacted the company because of termites that resurfaced after a spot treatment last year. Our baby was due in just a couple weeks and we needed to get the problem under control fast. Braiden was quick to respond to my email and was at my house the very next morning! We were so impressed and grateful for the knowledge, transparency, and efficiency of his work. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Braiden gave us the “Cliff Notes” version as to why we had a fire ant issue. Good to know it wasn’t anything too wrong on our part. He is very courteous and well informed on all pest issues. We look forward to Braiden and Kim taking care of us on a regular schedule.

On our initial visit he was on time, communicated arrival and pleasant to work with. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Braiden was able to answer all my questions, adjust his treatment territory based on us having livestock. He was honest about the issues it could cause but offered to come more often if needed. I highly recommend Westbrook Pest Control. Braiden was great at explaining all the different programs and treatments available. Was patient to answer all our questions. He was never in a rush to get it done and get out. He completed our indoor and outdoor service quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, the treatments he used were safe for the animals and children. Indoors, there was no smell of any kind in the house after he treated and the next morning we seen dead bugs everywhere. His treatments really work. Outside, we just had to let it dry for about an hour then we could let the dog back out. Again, Braiden and his services are great, give him a call if you need pest control.

Braiden is very knowledgeable and was able to exterminate all past at our rental property. He checks out periodically and make sure everything is good. I would recommend him for anybody that has a pest problem.
