Our front porch had become covered in spider webs and insects. I finally decided to call a pest control company instead of cleaning everything every weekend. The technician checked around the porch, windows, foundation, and garage. He treated the areas with the most activity and explained what he was doing. The appointment was easy and didn't take very long. The outside of the house looks much better now.

I expected a thorough inspection, and indeed, the technician took about 90 minutes to examine every corner of the house, explaining potential entry points along the way. He provided clear suggestions for sealing gaps and scheduled a follow-up visit to ensure everything was in order.

This visit was more thorough than another quote I received, with the technician explaining how entry points need sealing to prevent future infestations. After coordinating with building management, they wrapped up in about an hour and a half, having treated the common areas effectively.

Quickly eliminated fleas and mites.

After noticing rodent droppings in the basement again last month, we scheduled another visit with this company and were pleased when the technician arrived on time and finished setting traps and sealing entry points in about two hours. Compared to their previous visit a year ago, the findings were more conclusive this time, pinpointing a new gap beneath the garage door that they addressed efficiently.

Compared to another quote I received, the technician here spent close to an hour efficiently treating both visible nests and potential entry points, which was thorough and reassuring. The hornet issue had persisted over a few weeks, but no sting incidents have occurred since their visit.

I was expecting the bed bug extermination to be similar to my first experience with another company, but this service was more thorough and the technician took extra care in treating hidden areas I hadn't considered. After comparing both, it was evident that this company provided a more comprehensive solution, and I'm relieved the issue hasn't recurred since their visit.

I was initially worried they might overlook some spots as another company did before, but this technician spent over an hour thoroughly checking every nook and corner of the house. They identified early signs of termite activity in the crawl space, which I appreciated since it wasn't detected during our previous inspection last year.

Hornets gone, quick and thorough service.

Their quoted price was slightly lower than the first company I contacted, and they managed to reduce mosquito activity significantly within a day. The technician took time to explain that the root cause was likely stagnant water in hidden areas of our yard, which differed from the other company’s assessment.

Impressed by their thorough termite inspection, they explained everything clearly and ensured my home was protected.

A sneaky raccoon found its way into our attic, causing quite the commotion. The team arrived promptly and efficiently relocated the little intruder, restoring peace in record time.

Our pharmacy had a small ant issue near the entrance, and Rachel arrived within hours. She worked efficiently, using safe materials suitable for medical environments. The ants were gone the same day. Her professionalism and calm demeanor stood out. Customers even noticed how clean the space looked afterward. I’m thankful for her excellent service. Highly recommend this company!

This company is very sneaky and scheming people. The lady that showed up to my door to sell this service NEVER stated this was a reoccurring service and we were in a year contract. She just said she could spray our yard for this one time service at $55. She never stated we were signing a year contract. When they tried coming back out, I called the service and spoke with the owner. He was unapologetic and showed no care that we were schemed. He is making us pay $170 for a cancellation fee for a contract we didn’t know we were signing because the sales woman was not upfront and purposefully left out details. I would not trust the company at all. They are unethical, conniving, scheming people.

BEWARE!!! Deceptive sales reps do not tell about huge cancellation fee even when asked. Probably listed somewhere in fine print on tablet the have you sign so they can say you were informed. Cost me additional $169. Check you other options for pest control.

I’m guessing this place is where the main place is located since I can not find it for my area. They are a bunch of liars. Basically stole from my family. They came to our door with a special they were doing. The consultant said $fifty to start for the first 3 months. Then after that the regular price of around eighty to ninety$. So it was a surprise when they charged us for another $80 when they came back 30 days after the original treatment. We called thinking it was just a mistake. Just to be told that we signed a contract that did not relay ANYTHING the man had told us. So basically he lied to our faces just to get us to do the services with them. He went over the contract and LIED so we would sign it. Then we cancel because that was ridiculous. Then they charged us almost 200$! Plus what they had already taken already! So over 200$ was just taken from us. And from what I can tell this company has already been reported to the BBB already! Don’t do business with them.

A business of liars that will not help out when not only you are lied to but are charged for service that was not even provided. I have reported them to the BBB and let others know to stay away from this company.

First time using Rumble. They did a great job! Spencer my tech was awesome! The owner Colton Miller did a great job selling the services! He sure earns my business. I had the first treatment done today and Spencer (tech) explained everything and removed all the spider webs, eggs sacks, etc. Exactly what the Mr. Miller said was going to be done. They are professional and super nice. I will for sure continue business. I will also update my review towards the end of the contract to ensure that it is a great service they provide. Very professional techs. They listen to you. They have been at my home three times now. They will be here again. Service and courtesy go a long way for me. Rumble techs have both and more.

The worse service I ever had, I have been paying this company for over a year, and never ever had a good service, I just gave them $95 for free for non service my house !! I do not recommend this company at all

Anthony was early to the appointment, professional and very sharp. It was an excellent experience for my first time with Rumble, and looking forward to my future service visits.

They charge 90.00 for the tech to come spray for 5 mins and then leave. I asked about a dead animal. They come out and said they didn't find anything when on the other side of the A/C unit there was a animal hole in the dirt. He said he didn't see it. So that tells me he didn't spray around the house. Don't use them there is no customer service.

Rumble saves me $ as I no longer buy flea and tick products for pets, two years now! Their highly effective organic products are safe and odorless. It is such a relief to no longer be poisoning my pets. Thank you, Rumble!

Liars! The technicians will leave their notes stating that they conduct interior services when even though nobody knocked on the door on the first occurrence and on the second one nobody was home and their door tags state that only the exterior was treated. When you call the office the dispatchers say oh well that’s a glitch in our system. If you want the interiors treated we can do that at an additional charge.

Its a great service. The techs did exactly what the salesman said he would do. It got rid of my ants and spiders.

I highly recommend Colton and his team! He thoroughly explained his services and was very personable. Spencer came by the next day to start the service and was very professional. So glad they came!
