Williams Pest Control

i specifically asked if they could work with wasps in a chimney, and they assured me they would send two technicians to climb on the roof. during my appointment, only one technician showed up, he had little to no experience with wasps in a chimney. he also seemed surprised when i told him that’s where the problem was, as if he had no communication with the person who set the appointment. his suggestions were to throw a bug bomb up the chimney, close the vent and hope for the best. sounds extremely unsafe and that’s terrible advice. he suggested starting a fire multiple times and i told him multiple times that the fireplace has been unused for at least 3 years and i don’t feel safe doing that, yet he continued to suggest it. then he told me the nest would still be active in the spring even if we bug bombed it. he also said someone from the office would contact me with more information, and that never happened. if you have a wasp problem, i wouldn’t recommend this place.

The people of Williams pest control were very nice and helped us get rid of a horrible fire ant infestation in the walls of our home, also gave us advice on keeping the pest away. I would highly recommend Williams pest control to anyone needing pest control sevices.
