Had a case with APS for one of our tenants at work, they did nothing to take care of the problem, just took the money. Absolute worst pest control service I’ve worked with and I’ve been in property management for seven years.

Hi Halee,<br>I'm sorry you've had an unhappy experience. With the lack of information on a particular case, it's hard to know who you are referring to. We have closed out all our APS cases and have not been contacted by any the the case workers about any on going issues. We will go out and just look and give a bid to the case worker but will not do treatment unless it is approved for us. Please contact our office to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Amazing customer service! I have them come out to my house and spray if I have issues they automatically respond and let me know what needs to be done. Always have been on time with my appointments, and very easy billing and payment. Definitely recommend them. Their receptionist is very helpful and friendly.

Had an appointment set up for 6/12/18 between 3 and 4...nobody showed up and nobody has called. Unfortunately local is not better in this case! Update 9/13/18 and still nothing. Surprise surprise!
