I am very pleased with the service that Bug Pro provides. Never have had a bad experience and I’ve been with them for about 10 years. Nick is a great employee they have employed. Nick always does a great, professional and thorough job. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!!! Thank you Bug Pro for having such a wonderful employee!!!

Techs were on time and followed instructions perfectly. Outstanding service and techs informed me when job was completed and what was done. I’ll continue to use them in the future if needed..very satisfied with their work.

Do not hire this company. They make you sign a contract. If you don’t want their work and cancel, they will still charge you. Their work is fair at best and the office people are rude and disrespectful .

Our concern was spiders, wasps & scorpions. We signed a quarterly service contract and the sales rep said if we had any problems in between, they would come out. He never said anything about this not including spiders or wasps. He also did not point out that it was a two year commitment. When the spiders returned a few weeks after service, we called to ask them to come back. They refused saying that's "only with a monthly contract". They say we are committed for another year... even though they do not guarantee their service like most exterminators. I would not recommend this company, and do not believe what the sales reps say.

I have had them come out for Mosquito 🦟 s. I love sitting outside in morning with my coffee and get to enjoy . Thanks Joseph for job well done. He even worked with an injury and to me. That’s customer dedication ❤️🤗

joseph came to my house a couple of days ago and serviced my problem with ants i have not had any issues since then he was very friendly and knowledgeable, appreciate the professionalism bug pro will for sure have my business in the future-satisfied customer

Called with a bug problem person who answered was so friendly and easy to understand , helped me make the right descion for my problem , Thank Anna wish all customer service people were this friendly

Unfortunately I found out after I used them ….about their reputation for false charges. Anna in the office is extremely rude along with others. Not professional, not dependable, not a company you want to use. Bug Pro was very disappointing.

I have not had a great experience with Bug Pro. Mostly with office staff. Some there doesn’t have good customer service. Multiple times I’ve scheduled and they’ve given their person that sprays in the wrong time. The times that I have had to reschedule I get attitude, first they wouldn’t ask me times they would just send a notice in the mail that I would never get. This last time was enough for me. I had surgery and I didn’t think about having to reschedule my appointment. The office staff gave me a hard time when I said I need to reschedule on the day of that they called me to remind me, because I didn’t give them notice ahead of time and I needed to talk to them later on it. Then they proceeded to call me multiple times the rest of the day, saying we got disconnected to reschedule. And then they called every day after that until I finally picked up the phone to reschedule, because I was so mad and I didn’t feel I could be nice until that day. After I had a long conversation with them explaining that situation and rescheduled for a new specific time and fixing my notifications and other specific, guess what they still sent their person out on the wrong time. And he and I are getting about that., and I explained down his office stuff the problem he needed to take care of that not with me. I was done with it.

Eli Carey had good manners and did an excellent job, i would recommend bug pro and eli carey to anyone who needed pest control services.

First of all, they came out saying they sprayed outside of the house when it was raining outside ... second, they sprayed my dog in the face!!!!!! VERY UPSET ! one guy came out and saw a bee's nest and laughed at us about it and said it was gonna be 500 dollars to be removed. I do not trust these people, especially when it comes to your fur babies ! Canceled

Bug pro is great, starting with their customer service reps. Anna in the office is great, she listens to her customers. She deserves a raise, kudos for her. The technicians are always on time and do a great job as well. Their product is also good quality. Thanks Bug Pro.
