My first contact with this company was with Connor over the phone. He was so helpful and made arrangements for Levi and Fred to inspect my house as soon as possible. Ross Pest and Lawn did a great job getting our home set up for a pesticide service as new customers with a fire ant problem. They provided me with a layout of the options we could choose from for service. They were on time and took their time completing our service as it was our first treatment with them. They hit all the wasps nests down, treated the entire sodded area around the home, inside the home and attic and garage. Brian explained everything they were doing and how long it takes to start working and things to keep an eye out for. I appreciated the time they took to treat our new home.

They do fertilizer/weed control on lawn along with mosquito spraying. They have really turned around a pretty weak lawn in front and have been critical in getting new lawn in back established.

We have been using Ross pest control for almost a year now and I could not be happier with their services! We originally chose them because their prices are the lowest we’ve found. Not only have they taken care of our pest problems, but the entire team has been so courteous and kind. Scheduling is always a breeze and their treatments are always extremely thorough. Every single technician who has come out has been so kind and even given us tips and remedies to keep some pests at bay that may not respond as well to the treatments. Logan, especially, always meets us with a smile and just has the nicest attitude toward us. He came out to check on what I thought were some ant hills. They were not (my bad), but he never wavered in his good attitude and assured me he didn’t mind making the (wasted) trip. Seriously cannot do better than Ross Pest and Lawn!

UPDATE: I have now been a customer of Ross for almost two years and I’m even more pleased than I was when I wrote my first review! They got my yard looking great, and they’ve helped me with keep it that way. Whenever I’ve called, they have been there for me. I am so grateful! Ross Pest & Lawn is the best! They go above and beyond to provide excellent service. And if you call them with a concern between your scheduled appointments, they work hard to get there to help!

They are falling from the sky… literally. I hired Ross Pest Control to come take a look at my wasp and yellow jacket problem. Living on a large property with a pool I had a problem I couldn’t fix and no one else would promise results for. The tech came out and explained the treatment and warranty. The next day I had wasps falling from the sky and dying! Thank you Ross Pest Control!

Cheston is very professional. He gave me clear notice confirming his arrival time. Arriving when he said he would, he immediately began his treatments. He communicates well to make sure there were no new issues and prepared nicely to prevent future issues.
