He’s super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and very detailed in his work. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which we really appreciated. His pricing was great, and what stood out the most was his honesty there were no hidden fees or additional charges for anything. He works efficiently while still being thorough, which is exactly what you want in a service like this. Great experience! Very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We left our previous company due to lack of communication and availability. James was there when we needed him. James was very profession and came out to the house in a reasonable amount of time. He talked about the type of ants we had coming into the house and how they are probably getting in. He even gave us some tips on how to prevent things like that in the future! I plan to use James Carlisle Pest control in the future!!

This is a great company. He was not able to help me with my problem, but he came over 3 times trying. I have to give him an A for effort. He answers his phone promptly and is very helpful and polite. All around great guy. He is good at communicating and was helpful when he realized he couldn’t handle this pest problem. He recommended a couple different companies that specialize in this pest. I will certainly use him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

Two words, amazing service, small business owned by a community member but gets even better; the service you get is beyond exceptional. This is the second time James has come and sprayed our new home and everytime he sprays we have zero bugs come into the house. His product delivers and it makes me feel at ease knowing some poisonous insects wont be coming inside the house. James is very educated and professional. Knows his bugs! James was awesome to say the least. I called him in a panicked when I noticed Scorpions around my house. He was able to get me in the next day at a reasonable time. He was efficient and he made me feel much more comfortable being in my home again. I’m not from Texas and had never encountered a scorpion before, but he gave me great advice on how to handle the situation from here on out. He even has a great quarterly plan that we’re definitely going to be taking advantage of! I would definitely recommend June Bug Pest Control

Technician that came out and knows what he is talking about and is willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have or educate you on how to prevent any future issues. Definitely appreciated being treated with respect. This small company treated me better than the larger companies I have used in the past and I’m actually able to talk to the technician and not feel like they just want to leave and get to the next job. His openness and respect with how they treated me is what convinced me to go ahead and set up quarterly services. If you are concerned at all you don’t need to be, don’t waste your time with any other company! Just call them already!

I have been familiar with the owner from when he working for a different comany which is why I am comfortable with his knowledge and experience. He has always been polite and more than willing to provide any explanations I may need. He did a great job spraying my house and garage in his new position and I look forward to seeing him again for my quarterly service.

The technician that came out to my house was the same person I spoke to on the phone, was very honest on exactly what I needed to do to keep the bugs out myself but did offer his services quarterly and I took full advantage just for his honesty and price. I have used other services in the past with big companies and I have never been treated as well as I have with this company. James the technician even answered all of my questions in regards to safety for my pets and children and said that he uses the same products with his two children at home. Great feeling knowing that someone came out and treated me like a decent human being and not just another service call. Can’t wait for him to complete my mother in law and mothers house and everyone else I know who needs pest control, will definitely be using him again!
