Excellent service. The free inspections was very helpful and appreciated the fact that there was no pressure to hire their services but gave advice on how we could deal with the problem on our own! Very kind and professional.

Honestly pretty bummed out with the service I had received. I used another company for a few years and decided to switch it up. I called and they were able to get me in very quickly and service was quick and easy. My previous company brought out the big guns and always hand sprayed inside and then used a hose type for my yards. Black Hills Pest Control just used a hand pump wand through the house and the yard and I wondered how effective it would be. Let's just say not at all. The bugs didn't seem any less and in previous years with other company, I had no bugs until the following year. I called to see if maybe something was off with the chems and they basically brush me off, told me they'd call back and after 3 different calls they did nothing. Definitely won't be using them again, unfortunately.

I had the worst experience with these people very rude, and not helpful at all.

We had one of their employees come out to spray for bees that were everywhere around our vacation home in Sturgis. He seemed to miss the one area that we were concerned about, and saw bees go in and out of. We called the company to see if he could come back. They said they would send him back, but I don't think he actually came back. We came back again almost. a month later and the bees were everywhere around the house and inside the house. I called the company and and they came back out late that same day . The employee that came was very professional and apologized for the first visit. He did a really excellent job doing the whole outside area over again, and told us it was at no extra charge. Companies don't always follow up after a complaint, and they were very nice and came back out. That makes a huge difference in a company. Sometimes things don't turn our right, nobody is perfect, but when the company comes back and corrects it, that makes the difference in what makes a great company!!!! Thank you to Black Hills Pest for following up. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. The bees are way less and dying as i write this the next day... Thanks Again!
