AMAZING COMPANY! My situation was a little different but he was so beyond kind and helpful. I definitely recommend using this company! If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Called for service thinking I had a bedbug problem. Rob worked me in his schedule for the next morning. Thankfully it was not bedbugs but mites. Rob sprayed thoroughly around the area they were seen and the entire base of my house. He took the time to explain the truth and myths about bedbugs. He charged me half of what his original quote on the phone was. I was truly impressed with his pleasant and kind manner. I would highly recommend their service.

Had a lot of shady interactions with the tech that services our apartment complex. Spraying in the middle of the carpet, questionable methods, not understanding the toxicity to dogs of the product he's using, there's just a lot to unpack here. JanTech is very professional, very knowledgeable, and clearly cares about their customers. They respond quickly, answer questions mindfully, and feel like family visiting. Highly recommend for any pest issues. These guys can be trusted. Be wary of other pest companies in this city, especially if they are using new unreliable methods. JanTech had to finish the job another company failed at to eliminate our pests.

I haven't even gotten service from David yet and he has already helped me a ton over the phone! He gave me lots of advice on how to deal with Gartner Snakes at my house and I have them scheduled later this month to check out the situation! What great customer service! He even told me to call if I had any more questions while he was out of town! Compared to others I spoke with on this issue, I can't thank him enough for his knowledge and professional! 10/10 recommend and again he hasn't even come check it out yet!

Everything went well above my expectations. I called JanTech, spoke to Dave, he was able to come by the next day, called me and was actually able to come earlier than expected. Sprayed inside and out and removed many wasp nests all in less than an hour. Exceptional customer service! Highly recommend!

I called to make an appointment for interior and exterior spider/bug extermination. They arrived within an hour and sprayed. Pet friendly products. Service was professional and courteous and rates are very reasonable.

Responsive and rapid with their service. Cannot reccomend this company enough. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and gave me time enough to run home and let my dog in so she wouldn't bother them. Easily took care of my wasps nest and let me know how to handle them in the future.
