Customer service was great, showed up on time and did a great job!

Sadly left several messages over a course of several months since last year, a few returned calls with lots of excuses. Given them too many opportunities to do business with. Apparently not worth their time. Had requested services to spray the goat heads and cactus around pasture. Technician never returned call to discuss. Latest episode, we received confirmation on date and time, waited over 3 hours for them to show up, not even a phone call to let us know what happened. Called them back to cancel appointment and to not bother showing up, told them they've had their chance. Update as of June 29, 2026, called to see if they want to try this again to give them another chance? They stated the following, "We don't want your business since you posted a negative review unless you take the post down." Not a problem, already contacted someone else. Your competitor charged under 50 % of what you charged us for the exact same service too. Re: your reply regarding ponds is incorrect.

Marcie answers and returns phone calls pleasantly. My 1st service was spray inside and out for insects. It lasted for months. 2nd svc, again lasted for months. Found a mouse inside my cabin, called Friday on a long holiday weekend. Marcy surprise me by calling me back and Saturday morning Rob came out and installed boxes inside and out for mice. He also confirmed I had bats using loose exterior boards to nap at night. I decided to sign up for yearly service and I get a discount on my insect spraying. These guys are good solid knowledgeable caring people. I highly recommend this company.

Rob came over .. did his thing and bam!! No more mice or insects!!! Grateful for ardvark pet control!!! My hats off to you!!!

Their team came and assessed my situation and my concerns with real world answers and used lawful practices. The problem has been addressed and my pests are gone. I feel confident in this company and comfortable calling them in the future for any pest related issues. They made sure to use extra caution with our dogs, chickens and children as well as our garden being on site. 10/10 best pest control experience.

I had them come to treat a bedbug infestation. They did a wonderful job and two years later I still have never seen another bedbug! I also have had them come and spray my driveway for weeds, both pre-emergent and after weeds have come up. I’ve gotten compliments on how nice my driveway looks because there are no weeds in my driveways!

We 1st started using Aardvark Pest Control lat Oct. They did amazing at finally getting rid of fleas for us. Now, we have set up to have them spray around the 2 or 3 times a year. It has also helped keep the mice out of our garage. Everyone I talk to is very professional and helpful. I am so glad they have moved to the Hot Springs community!

Great to work with. Take care of weeds, bugs, mice, ants, etc. rely on them every year and they never disappoint!
