Absolutely overpriced I payed $2000 and I still have a pest problem. The person you talk to when you call I swear is the worst communicator they got our bed sheet sizes wrong, switched the dates of our appointment without notifying us so on the date we expected them to come and had everything ready to go nobody showed up and then while on the phone with them she puts down a different date from what we were just discussing and I had to correct her then. The people that show up to your house are nice though but that's about the only positive thing I can say.

Can’t be trusted. We signed up for a very expensive service, and while they did perform the services we initially requested, problems started immediately afterward. Once the final scheduled service was completed, we requested an additional service over the phone (my mistake for not getting it in writing). That service was never scheduled. When I finally called back, I was told it was beyond their 30-day window, meaning we are now required to pay full price again. Although the staff was very friendly and easy to work with, they ultimately did not complete the job and are now unwilling to help finish it. Because of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.

Not happy with services or cost for what was done. Tried to cancel but told we had contract that had no clause to let you cancel if dissatisfied, had to pay over $300 to cancel contract and stop services. Wouldn’t recommend this company. Wish I had read reviews before I signed up.

I deleted my initial review, honestly wrote it mostly because they offer a discount on your first service if you write a review. I was honest about the employee being very kind, thay was not a lie. I was however told I could cancel at anytime. Now today I call because life and current circumstances Im canceling "extras" and come to find out in the documentation you sign it states you must pay for 80% off the remaining one year of service upon cancelation. My fault for not fully reading but posting this review so others do not make the same mistake. Do not sign unless youre ready for a full year commitment. Ive also continued to have bugs and have sprayed home defense myself multiple time.

I was present at some initial sprayings. Not thorough. Didn't spray in the most important areas (behind fridge, stove etc). Didn't put sticky traps to monitor activity. I had to continue to use them because of a contract. They said I owed money for a service I had already paid. I sent the receipt for the service they said I didn't pay. They didn't respond. I asked for a response. They still didn't respond. Mason Kamolvathin (most recent treatment) told me that it was obvious the person who sprayed before him (Caleb Krier) didn’t spray behind the fridge in the units that had the most activity. I asked them to cancel my autopay to make it easier to track since it seemed like they weren't charging correctly and wouldn't respond when I had questions about the charges. They only canceled autopay on some of the properties. They are disorganized with their schedule. They came to spray 6 units, then call a week later about spraying one of those units - so it's hard to know if they sprayed it the first time or not. They don't automatically put down sticky traps to track activity. I had a different person spray almost every time, so between that and not putting down sticky traps, there's no way for them to know the progress. You have to have a different account for each unit, even if they're all in the same building. This might not be a big deal, but if they won't answer you when you show them receipts for outstanding bills, it's more important to track the services and payments, which is harder to do when there's a separate account for every unit. For a mouse treatment, they tried to charge a service when they didn't even come into the house. When I caught them, they just said, oh sorry we'll come back next week. Other companies will have a year guarantee for mouse treatment. So if mice keep getting in, they keep trying to find the entry sites. This company just charges monthly to empty mouse traps, but doesn't always even empty the traps when they charge.

EXTREMELY dissatisfied with your company not standing behind salesman’s word!!!! The service technician (Elliot McConnell) was very respectful in listening to my concerns and advised me that I could cancel the contract by sending a cancellation notice 30 days in advance. Therefore, I did so and was informed the company would not honor this. Now we have 2 company representatives that have misinformed me. Do you stand behind your company representatives???

Make sure you are okay with getting yourself into a contract that requires written notice to cancel, and mailing that contract at the perfect time so you avoid having more services than you want. Should have known better than to sign up with a service that knocks on doors. They never tell you the full extent of what you're getting yourself into.

The services were ok, but the level of difficulty it was to cancel our contract was beyond shady. Even after emailing in February, calling in May and having to call back again in June to cancel, I was still told I had to pay for one more service (that wasn’t scheduled for another 2 weeks) even though my 12 month contract was up. They automatically scheduled a follow up visit without my knowledge (fine print on contract) and refused to cancel it. Do not recommend.

They do a great job with the quality of service for pest control, but when you agree to a 12 month contract for their services they will not inform you that after 12 months that they need a written notice to cancel even when you complete the 12 months. I invested hundreds of dollars in their services for over a year and then even after completing my contract, plus more, I still had to pay for a service that I didn’t need. I think that’s terrible customer service. I am currently moving and that is why I canceled. I would understand a written notice should be used if you are still under contract, but after completing the contract plus more, we shouldn’t have to pay for that. I would highly recommend getting all the details from them before using Fenix as your pest control.
