After reading the positive reviews for snake removal, I was surprised my wife didn’t get the help she was wanting when she called. There was a very large bull snake in our back yard and we have a small puppy that roams back there. My wife called 5 minutes after she saw it and asked if they could come and remove the snake. The guy told her she has to have her “eyes on it” for them to be able to come out and get it. There wasn’t an option given to her about setting a trap as I saw in one person’s review or not an offer to come over and talk about our options as I saw in another review. He simply said they will not walk the property to find it even though my wife told them where it was. Not helpful at all. She’s not going to hold it down until they get there if she has to “have her eyes on it”. Not impressed by this guy.

Great experience with Karma Pest Solutions. Nathan did an excellent job, was very respectful, and showed up on time. He took care of the flies and spiders around my place quickly and professionally. Everything was handled in a timely manner and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

I thought I had a bat in my house! Didn’t! The droppings on the floor were actually debris pieces from my mini split AC directly above. Less than 24 hours they were there and MADE MY DAY! Professionalism with a lot of integrity! call them first

Okay so earlier today it was about maybe 12:00 pm I was on my way to go get a friend that was stranded in Rockerville I had put my blinker on and expected the guy in this karma pest solutions truck to let me in instead no he did not I almost missed my turn because he did not want to let me in so I had to break let him go first he sped past me I really do experience this a lot why are people so inconsiderate here why when somebody turns their blinker on the people act like they can't let that car in like one car coming in front of them is going to make it so bad for them they actually make it harder for that person to get over seeing the blinker on do none of you know what that means? I pray for better driving please help people drive considerably in Yeshua Jesus Christ Almighty name Amen

I've always said the measurements of good customer service comes out when something goes wrong. Karma came out and sprayed and a couple weeks later we saw some wolf spiders. I called and text over the pictures of what we were dealing with and Karma didn't bat an eye about coming back out and respraying. We haven't seen any spiders or bugs afterwards. Karma takes care of their clients. I was a referal and I now know why they were referred to me. Great job Karma!

Another great experience with Karma. I wrote Robert requesting to get on their fall schedule & go on their books right away. He’s very responsive and easy to work with. Nathan came to the house & was so easy to accommodate my schedule with. Made making sure my schedule was top priority. Awesome business all around to work with!!

Rattlesnakes! BJ came out on a Saturday afternoon to capture a large rattlesnake. There's an awesome video on his Facebook page. But that's not all. He came back a couple days later when we discovered another and then - he flushed out a third. These snakes were tucked under a concrete slab and he suspected one more so he came back the next day to set snake traps. A week later he came back to check the traps, which were unsuccessful. We had the foundation guys come out to fill the voids under the concrete pad and BJ was right - there was a fourth! A quick text and BJ and his son were back to capture the last one. We think Karma went above and beyond to get the job done. Great response - Thanks!

I was extremely happy with the services that Karma Pest provided. Robert was responsive right away with emails in setting up the appointments and giving recommendations of services based off of what I was asking about. And BJ was very professional when coming to spray. I bothered him with a million questions and he answered them all with a smile. Billing was so easy and can pay immediately. It was a smooth, joyous and efficient experience!

Rattlesnakes be gone! Nate was here quickly and got the rattlesnake before it got my dog to kids. I 100% recommend Karma. I have used them for wasps, spiders and now rattlesnakes.

I had a Paper Wasp Nest attached to my shed roof overhang in my backyard. By the time I saw the nest, it had grown big enough to house a larger family of wasps. I thought of ways I could take care of it myself, but one sting from a wasp and I swell like crazy beyond the sting location and I couldn't risk being stung once or multiple times so I hired Karma. They came very early in the morning while the nest was calm and handled it until the problem was eliminated. They are very professional and informative. I will be hiring them again if needed.

I had a spider problem in my house and the employees that showed up was very professional, friendly and very informative about the problem I had going on and how to help going forward to get rid of my problem. I would recommend 10/10 service

We had a woodchuck take up residence in our stacked stone retaining wall. Nathan responded to our request for help within hours and he personally hand captured the woodchuck the next afternoon when it refused to go into the trap he had set. The woodchuck was relocated. He also set up game cameras to make sure the woodchuck did not have a mate. BJ retrieved the cameras some days later and we have been woodchuck free ever since. BJ and Nathan responded quickly, were polite, very through and got immediate results. We will not hesitate to use Karma again and highly recommend them!

BJ and his son are absolutely amazing! We had an unidentified issue at our house and they went above and beyond to help us find a resolution.
