If I could give Nate more than 5 stars, I would! He was our pest control technician today, and the service was absolutely great. We needed help protecting our home from a whole mix of unwelcome guests—mosquitoes, ants, spiders, wasps, etc. —and Nate tackled all of it. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and how his treatments would create a safe barrier to protect my family. He even came later in the day than planned because my baby was napping and his backpack sprayer would be loud. Thank you for being so considerate and keeping those pests away from our home, Nate!

I initially called to ask some questions because I was dissatisfied with my current pest services and the information I had previously been given was not making sense to me. Not only was Kelly patient in answering my questions, she built trust with me by being so forthcoming and educational. Communication with every team member has been prompt, proactive, educational and friendly. They took time to come walk my property to make sure I has everything I would need - no more, no less. I was educated on ways I could help my situation so that I could get the best results. They were on time to provide service to my property. They always followed up to see if I was satisfied and ask if I had any additional questions. As they were treating, my husband even mentioned how detailed they were in their application and that he was already glad we made the switch. I cannot recommend them enough. This review is long overdue as I have been a customer of Freedom Pest Services for nearly a year. I chose them on the recommendation of our neighbor and although I normally do not follow recommendations, I would be lying if I didn't say that hiring them has been one of the best decisions I have made. In short, THEY HAVE BEEN EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY WAY. Everyone my wife and I have spoken to at Freedom Pest Services have been extremely friendly, very accommodating with our numerous requests (scheduled and unscheduled), very responsive with our inquiries and always ready to serve. Truly an exceptional company managed by top-notch "down-to-earth" people. As stated above, I normally do not follow recommendations and I rarely recommend if at all however, Freedom Pest Services is, without question, the exception. If you are needing pest control services, don't hesitate as choosing them will surely far exceed your expectations!

Cory was so nice, and efficient from start to finish. He went above and beyond. They took care of my crawl space moisture problem, and found a termite problem I didn’t know I had. They fixed me up, I would hire them again!

I have been using Freedom Pest the last 3+ years and I recommend them to everyone I can! I’ve had other pest providers before them but they are by far the best! They come every other month and answer all my crazy questions in between! Prices are comparable if not lower than others too which is a plus!
