Bunton Exterminating

We called on Monday and on Tuesday they came out and took care of the issue. We weren't home but we were provided with a clear invoice of what work was done and the price was at an affordable rate. The home was vacant for a while, so we had no idea what is there crawling around. Thanks again!!

Great family business

Two days after I called, Jason came to inspect and treat my house. Very prompt and professional. I definitely recommend this company.

Tony was sent out to spray inside our home and put granules down around foundation. My hubs followed him around inside house. He did not spray all the baseboards or under sink cabinets ( our prior pest control guy did this). He was VERY rushed and skipped several areas. Just spraying here and there, sporadically. He barely sprayed the walk up attic and garage which we were most concerned with. Then, he said it was going to rain so he'd have to come back another day to spread the promised granules around our foundation. Also he refused to go under house to treat our walk-in height "crawl space" to spray because he is "afraid of sneks". Seriously? You are a "pest control" guy!! Fast forward almost 2 months later. After several calls not returned. He calls and says he is in town and can stop by to do it now. He did say, "sorry about the delay" and mind you, we got a bill over a week ago for $125 for job never finished! We needed to leave soon for an appt. He said we didn't need to be here and showed up as we were readying to leave. By the time we got coats, grabbed our stuff and raised the garage door so my hubs could ask him to move his van....he was sitting in it. My hubs said, "Sorry, but can you please move so I can back out?". He says, "Yeah, no problem, I'm already done!". Whaaat??! He wasn't here even 10 mins!! We didn't have time to stay and check so we did when we got back. We did see some granules here and there but some areas looked totally bare and some looked a bit heavier. It certainly wasn't done in a careful way to form a complete barrier. Again, guy is in a HUGE hurry, does bare minimum and speeds away. We are supposed to use this company for termite control as the previous owner did. I had heard good things about Greg Bunton, but this guy he sent out was a COMPLETE waste of $125. Sick of these companies that charge a high fee and do nothing to earn it! So disappointed. UPDATE: We spoke with the owner, Greg Bunton, on the phone and he was very nice and apologetic for the poor service we received. He had been away. He offered to redo or not charge for the bad service. I do believe Greg is an honest man and truly cares about doing a great job for his customers. It is refreshing for a business owner to care, take ownership of issues and make things right. We will continue our termite bond as long as Greg is the service provider. Thank you Greg.

They are ok but nit the best at rental properties they do work with u as much as they can
