We had a little termite damage around 5 years ago, so we started using them. Thought we were in good hands, until termites swarmed out of the attic one afternoon! I called them the next day and the woman on the phone told me that it would be all right because there was no cap on what they would pay to fix the house back. This is a generational farmhouse over 100 years old. She said she would send someone out as soon as possible. I WAS CURIOUS ABOUT THEIR SUPPOSED TRAPS IN THE GROUND SO I STARTE

Had service performed and was not effective. Not an issue, called to have it rescheduled, had to wait a week for next available appointment. Made arrangements to have someone there. Received a call at 9 am on the day of appointment, it was a 10 am appointment . Next available appointment, a week out. At that point we requested to have our service cancelled because the service we requested did not work and they were not interested in making it right quickly. Since we had signed up for a year long

This is the company used by our complex, honestly the bugs have gotten worse in the last 6 mos not better or less. The older gentleman that comes to each unit to spray doesn’t show up about half the time when he does show up he blames the resident as if this issue isn’t property wide. You cannot get rid of any pest by barely spraying not even once a month. This man is the absolute worst in the pest control industry and he works for terminix. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else!!!
