⭐☆☆☆☆ I am completely unsatisfied with the service I received from Cutshall Exterminators. I was initially quoted $89, but when Ronnie arrived, he spent about 20 minutes at the property and then told me the cost was actually $150. On top of that, he kept having me call a woman in the office (instead of him communicating with her) who was, quite honestly, one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. I was assured I would have the report in time for a real estate closing, but when I followed up (because nothing had been sent), I was met with excuses. Instead of addressing the issue, the woman launched into a personal story about someone passing away at her church, how she’d been cooking for 8 days, how she had a stack of paperwork, and that there were two bigger, higher-paying jobs ahead of mine. It was completely unprofessional. There was no communication between Ronnie and the office, and I was left scrambling to find another provider to get the job done in time. I asked for a refund (see below text) of my client’s money and they apparently decided to not refund it because they sent me an invoice showing a zero balance. Also, they never responded to the attached text message. Moreover, you can see the report that they eventually sent to me past the agreed.upon deadline. It was scanned in, sent upside down and the paper they used is old and stained. That’s embarrassing to present to my client. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ron Cutshall removed a large hornet nest about 20 feet up in a pine tree nestled among holly and magnolia trees in our backyard. The dynamics were more complicated than we originally assumed. He had been working in the Charleston area and stopped by the same day that we had phoned— concerned that a neighbor’s roofing replacement activity could aggravate the hornets.

Worst customer service and plain reckless drivers

Ronnie and the team have been great. Nice family business, been using them for probably a decade. Would recommend.

We had air handler issues that needed to be addressed. Lots of noise etc would be made. There was a huge, huge! wasp nest inside going to the outside of the attic vent. Mr Cutshall was here (on his day off ) within 30 minutes of my call to keep the service man/men safe. We are so appreciative of their efforts. Debbye Mann

Very professional killed everything went above and beyond! Definitely will keep them on hand for all other stuff. Very friendly kind man. Definitely trust worthy. Came on time did the work fast killed all the bugs and showed it to me because I am allergic to them so that way I can have peace in mind. Super happy with them! Thank you!
