The technician Greg is an absolute professional. Unfortunately after contracting terminex for almost a year I had a surprise infestation of fire ants in master bath. I contacted terminex office and informed them of ants and that I had a plumber coming in two days and need them gone. I was told that my quarterly date was coming due and they would be sending technician the following week. I had a horrible experience with terminx Monck corner. We had a rodent problem. The tech came to the house I had to get a ladder for them. He set up traps. We called them to remove the traps since we heard them go off. The office told us that they don’t remove them that we do. She fought us for a bit and then asked someone else. They came that weekend to remove them. He said he would come back in 2 weeks to spray the outside of the house. Since that time it was raining. At the 2 week mark he cam
