Very disappointed! Shane came out because we had a ton of bats flying around our property. He got in the attic and said he heard “squeaking“! He told us he needed to install a one way door and would be out to remove it in a few days. We were ghosted and he never showed back up. I called 2 weeks later he was on vacation and he would come out when he got back home. Never heard from him again! To make matters worse he put holes in our roof and my husband got on the roof to remove the so called one way door. All he did was screw a piece of gutter to the house! There was no cut out for a one way door at all. There was never anything in the attic. He was at our house for 20 min and charged 500 dollars for holes in our roof no door no bats to even be removed. Not only that but he did not even have the decency to come back out and finish the job. I do not recommend this business at all. Please look at the photos below.

I needed some services, but after talking to some friends that have used him (once) I realized that he was dishonest. He also smelled like weed. Don’t give him (Shane) your money. Google wouldn’t let me give zero stars….

Paid $1500.00 for their services on 11/24/21. 2 years later the quierrels returned to my attic. Called him numerous times.. returned my called after 2 weeks.. said they were coming in 2 days. Never showed up..never returned my calls afterwards. I would say this is unprofessional.

Shane and his team did an amazing job pinpointing my problem and eliminated it.He caught 4 squirrels and after that sealed up my home air tight and repaired the damage these little fur babies did to our home.He was prompt and finished in a timely fashion I'd recommend this company to anyone with wildlife issues.Thanks All About Animals.

Shane is the best. Highly Recommend for traping Racoons , Possums, squirrels, Snakes, Bats. He removed all our bats and done excellent repairs so they want come back or able to enter again. Spread the word to your neighbors tell a friend He's the Man for Animal problem. Thank you

Had a great experience! Thank you Shane for coming out to do an attic inspection on short notice. He was very thorough and took lots of photos and video assessing the condition of my attic and determined I have mice. Another wildlife company wrongly stated I had squirrels/mice and sold me a service I didn’t need and poorly executed the work. I know who to call if I ever need wildlife services in the future, ALL ABOUT ANIMALS NC!

I highly recommend Shane and his company! He is professional, attentive, and friendly. We had a squirrel problem, and they were digging into the house. Shane set up traps and did the repair work in a timely manner. He is prompt at responding to calls/texts, and his pricing is competitive. This is what I love about small business owners! All About Animals is definitely my go-to for all wildlife and repair needs!

Shane was very easy to work with. The whole process took a bit more thane a week. Setting up traps, checking periodically to remove the animals caught in them, and finally sealing the entrance spots so the infestation would not help again. In addition, it was important to us that the animals would not be hurt. That care was also one of Shane's priorities, so his approach worked really well for us. We are already planning to use his services again for carpenter bees' control, when the season comes.

I chose this company based on the mostly positive reviews and chose to disregard the negative ones. You can't please everybody. Make your own decisions... I called Shane on Tuesday 2/1 to come and give a quote to remove a squirrel from my attic. Shane was in the middle of a job and told me to text him my address and he would be there Thursday at 10am. Shane called at 10:03am saying he was running behind and would be here at 12n. At 1:40pm Shane called and said his wife makes his schedules and he didn't know he had other appointments. Shane said that he didn't want to loose a customer, and AGAIN we agreed on Sunday 2/6 at 8:00am. He suggested the time. Today is Sunday, Shane called at 8:19am and said...listen to this yall..."my family reunion is today at 9am and I didn't even know it, I'm sorry and I don't want to loose a customer, you tell me a time and I'll be there, even if it's at 6pm" Boy bye! I've wasted enough of MY TIME on this unprofessional person. Like you've said Shane in the negative reviews you've received, bless you and I'm gonna pray that you get it together.

On January 4th 2022 a dead doe was discovered by our dock area in Tega Cay. I called DNR, Duke energy, Lake Wylie Marine commission and nobody would remove her. Shane & Michael got the job done quickly & professionally. Highly recommend!

Can you please honor your 5 year warranty and return my calls. In case you are wondering, 202-528-XXXX. We hired the company last year. They did removed a family of squirrels and seal up the house. There were questionable business practices ( late, no-call / no-show, etc ) that I noticed, but it’s his company and he’s free to run it how he sees fit. It took a while to finally COMPLETE the job, but it was eventually completed. When he does show up, he seems to be very good at what he does. We were also provided with a 5 yr warranty Fast forward to 2020...October 6th to be exact. It seems a new family has moved in. I’ve contacted him several times. He sets appointments and never arrives. Maybe he is extremely busy this time of year or needs an assistant. Hopefully this review gets his attention. Will keep you updated

Terrible customer service; late for appts, sometimes doesn’t show up at all, part of job had to redone and I was charged an additional $1000 on top of original charge of $1500. My husband had to remove traps after Shane didn’t show up for 2 weeks to check. Don’t use!
