I had the opportunity today to speak to this local business. They made it a point to go out of their way to continually text me throughout the day to make sure that I was taken care of thoroughly. This is what customer Service should be in my opinion. The owner went out of her way in every way and made sure that they could help and went beyond what they needed to do! I would without hesitation refer you to this company if you are in need of Pest Control. Please try them. They are in Manning. Sup
I called on a Saturday morning, as they were the only pest control open on Saturday in the area. Joy was so nice on the phone, said they would be at my house within an hour! John showed up on time and was extremely nice & friendly. He took a great amount of time evaluating our needs & concerns, and then walked around with me to examine my concerns. Mr. Haines was on time and very nice he asked me what issues I was having told him and the areas of concern where the pest was and he did his observation and told me what was need and completed it very well and very affordable for your budget he will be coming back out in two weeks to do my follow up visit and I’m most certain that I will be doing the every other month service. Mr.Haines is very knowledgeable about the pest control business and very professional and will listen to your concerns
